I was invited by a friend who really likes this place. I had a cup of cappuccino. It was great with a carrots cake. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable.
The quality of food and drinks is ok at best. The service definitely lacks quality. There were dirty tables and floors when I walked in. They weren't short on staff to have that excuse. The employees behind the counter (four in total) were busy discussing someone's birthday and someone taking their girlfriend into the store. This discussion was happening while I was waiting in line to be served. I was served my food with no eating utensils, and the napkins available are not really good quality.
All of the reviews about the food and atmosphere are correct. This is a wonderful place to eat. However, the last two times I've been here, I've gone to the ladies room to wash my hands before eating. The sink in the ladies room has barely a trickle of water, even when I had it on full force. There was no soap in the dispenser, no paper towels, and the toilet was clogged. Every establishment can have a bad day, but this has been the case the last two times I've visited. This means that no one using the ladies room would be able to properly wash their hands before preparing food.
Great food at very affordable prices, plus a tranquil atmosphere.
Great food, BUT not enough outlets for technology!!! There's only 2 so you gotta either charge your devices before you come, or bring boxing gloves.

I really enjoyed coming today. Lots of good varieties on tea. I also got a slice of the blueberry cake. I am looking forward to coming back want to try the bento box and sushi
Good food and atmosphere but slow service. Servers acted really annoyed when taking orders or when we asked for help. They also have a sign to please leave dishes on the table and then don't pick up the dirty dishes even when it isn't busy. I asked someone to please pick up our dirty plates and was told I should bring them to the front? But then why have a sign that says something different? I like coming here but it seems likes the workers don't like being here.

Every time I've visited here it's always been very clean and welcoming! I tried the vanilla bean cheesecake with my caramel latte and it was absolutely divine!

All about US! Let's start with the entry. Overall, there was no initial greeting upon arriving. The service was lacking in the warmth region but nonetheless was ready when we were. There were 6 tables with roughly 18 people, and it seemed as 3 of them worked there. As the people would be walking behind the counters and was a bit confusing. After ordering it approximately took 8 minutes to recieve our drinks. Let's jump to atmosphere, reminded me of a Starbucks hands down. A bit discouraged by the modern layout with a corporate feel. Would love to see a bit more of an earthy with plants atmosphere. The main reason for the visit was for the drinks, the food looked good but we didn't order any. We ordered the caramel macchiato, the royal black macchiato, and the pearl jasmine tea. All hot versions of them. They were exquisite and delicious. The taste and complexity of them with the simple overall flavor. Nice crafted and will be back.
Meh! Food was good but pricey. Only one employee was friendly. The others acted as if we were bothering them.
This is our favorite coffee shop. However on our last visit the tea cup had stain marks inside the cup. We brought this to the server’s attention. He answered casually, all the cups are stained .
quiche is ok. but the bibimbap was amazing!
Great place for all meals! The miso is the best I’ve found and the sushi is HUGE. The beef bento box is the best and I get it every time I go now.
The cheesecake was very good, lots of drinks to choose from. I recommend looking at the menu online before hand.
It's more than great coffee and tea. They also have a good selection of healthy food and tasty deserts. Nice.
The food was very delicious. My coffee was not as hot as I would have liked. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Clean. It was not very busy at 9:00 A.M.
First time ordering from here and had a let down of an experience. Ordered online and got 2 deserts. I was not impressed with the Oreo bash and the price was not worth it to me. When ordering online was told to call when I showed up and it would be brought out to me. Called and the member had no idea what I was talking about. i was told had to come in to get the food and if I had known that I would not have came in pjs. So that was embarrassing to walk in. Just over a experience for me was not impressed.
