I did love the coffee, but was more impressed with the staff! The young man and woman taking orders outside on 5/29 were the sweetest! Great customer service and conversation. I was able to customize my order even though it wasn’t something offered on the menu and it came out great.
The coffee is always good and I usually don't have any problems but the staff that was there this morning was very rude and bad attitudes while they were talking bad about the previous customers which I mean I get it. Sometimes people are in a bad mood but that's not really how you should act at work and they're very rude while taking my order
Just another coffee shop... the espresso beans are better than Starbucks, which makes any coffee drink better than Starbucks...
Every Dutch Bros I have been to has such a friendly staff. This one did not disappoint. If it has banana in it, it tastes amazing btw.

I LOVE Dutch Bros! My husband and I always drop by the window and get tended to quickly instead of their long drive thru line. Love em!
Went and asked for a frozen black coffee my husband gets it everytime we go to Dutch just so happened to be near the Stan Schlueter one. Typically the drink is one color. And completely blended. Instead it was given like this. Seem like the staff is to busy singing and screwing around instead getting stuff done correctly.
Go-to place for a caffeine pick-me-up. Staff are always incredible and attentive.

The barista spilled a coffee in my lap and said "I guess if you work faster you clean faster" then offered me napkins to clean myself and the interior of the car...Sir, you just spilled a coffee all over me and the car and you think flippant comments and napkins are the answer? I've been to Dutch locations in several states and this was the worst experience to date. Not only was the customer service horrible, but so we're the coffees. We ordered 3 coffees and a frost, not a single person in my group enjoyed their drink.
Good bye Starbucks Move on over to Dutch Bro. Coffee is sooo worthy to go. If u haven't tried this place out, u are missing out very. Coffee ☕️ U can ask them to make it different ways to even if it's not on the menu. The manager on the clear creek he is AWSOME! the frozzen freeze Coffee oh my gosh yummm and btw way cheaper then Starbucks and test way way way better your welcome
Good service and friendly staff and very fast . Love the app . But only thing no prices on app of drinks . I like to know how much a drink is.
Today i forgot my wallet, and was in the middle of the drive-thru with cars on both ends, the sweet girl who came up to my car comped my drink for me!

DONE GOING TO DUTCH BROS TILL THEY REMOVE ASKING FOR A TIP WHEN PLACING ORDERS I love Dutch Bros. Grew up in OR so we were always getting Dutch bros. Super excited when I saw them building one in Killeen. But yall really need to change a few things . 1. Stop asking for tips when people are using the mobile app. These drinks are already 5 plus dollars and you put people in an uncomfortable position asking for tips. Do what the Dutch Bros shops do in Oregon and have a tip jar up at the front where they get their drinks and if that want to tip they can tip and yall can divide at the end of the day . Yall will ask for tips but only apply a military discount if they ask for it. 2. Yall dont have to talk the entire time customers are waiting for drinks at the window. Gets uncomfortable once they run outta things to chat about and they're just staring at you
