I love going to this location. The food, drink, and dessert (Bingsoo) have been consistently good on multiple visits. Most of all, the service has been excellent and makes me feel so welcome. I really appreciate a friendly and clean place to go. Thank you.
I came in last night around 820. They close at 9! Nowhere near closing time and I got turned away and the girl had an attitude, you could tell she just wanted to leave work! Sadly I’ll never come back to this establishment. Might as well close at 830, from the look I was given!

So this bloom was my favorite one, because of the customer service and my coffee was always made right. Well I'm assuming this is a new employee who doesn't like her job or had a bad day. She was very rude and argumentative with me about the size I asked for. I just smiled and waited for my coffee and left. I tasted my white chocolate mocha and it was water down It tasted like . I was omw to work so didn't have time to go back.
I love the drinks, the ramen and the beef bulgogi! I want to speak about and thank JULI!!! She is very experienced with the menu and makes my drinks just how I like them! She is always kind, greets me, and always makes sure i’m taken care of! :)
I love the original bloom coffee shop! I have been going here since I was in high school, but when they first opened. I specifically have to say Julie has been an awesome worker and I look forward to seeing her when I go there. She is kind, caring and always makes the best drinks!
I have to say the food and drinks are SOOOO good, like wow I would 100% eat her every day if it weren’t for the AWFUL HORRIBLE RUDE employee that made the visit a one star experience. She was SOOOO AWFUL that I can not justify the taste of the place to return to this location, which is a huge bummer since it’s across the street from my house. Just to clarify, the food is delicious but DO NOT go to the Killeen location. I went today (sunday around 5:30 pm) I can not believe how RUDE this employee was, I can not stress that enough. I’m still shocked.
I came here on a date and I loved the tarro bobba tea. I definitely need to return for more. Customer service was on point. She was attentive every step of the way.
I go there once a week to the one in Killeen, I love them!! They even remember our drink which is awesome.

I have gone here a million times and have always loved this place and the employees...until tonight. The customer service was absolutely AWFUL and now I'm hesitant to return as I'm still shaking from what happened. Please teach your employees how to be more pleasant as that can completely destroy the atmosphere of a wonderful business.
The Bloom has delicious drinks and bingsoo! My family loves coming in for a treat. The environment is really calm and relaxing and a nice place to hang out and enjoy time whether you're with family, friends or just yourself.
Nice experience. Great place to meet up with friends or a casual date. Wifi, Korean snacks and foods, and a great atmosphere. If you're want a new cafe experience try here
Eh the boba was like a sticky mushy type like it’s been sitting for a while , I don’t have that problem at freezing milk… cashier gave me weird vibes but whatever ig I’ll drink it

Very cute place inside they serve allot like waffles and lunch items! I got the strawberry boba with the cream cheese foam and it was amazing 😍 very quick!!! Going back they have board games to play too!!
I only had the hot ginger tea but will bring my family back to try out the menu. Great atmosphere.
