Great food and service.
Was some good food, mostly cause it was fresh and hot, not cold, service was good, and quick, every time I pass through alpine I stop here from time to time and they are always busy so theh have good food. From 11 am to around 1:30 pm they pretty busy. But good was worth the wait for me.

We went because it was late and one of the only places in town that was still open. It was about as good as DQ gets. Didn't go inside so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the dining room.
The order is took longer than usual for not having anyone in line ahead of us or behind us. There were some clientele inside, not packed. One of the cook's or the cook was on her phone. On our next visit, everything was a little smoother in service.
We were driving thru a small down, and we were very happy with the service . It was almost closing time, and they served us and several other customers as we. That's great customer service. Thank y'all
I ordered 3 combos burgers and the only thing that was right was the french fries. The belt buster had only one meat Patty. The jalitos burger had no jalitos. The bacon cheese burger did not have bacon or cheese. SMH. How hard is it to make 3 burgers?
Screwed up my order twice and then said if I wanted my hamburger done right, I’d have to pay for another burger! Rude chubby girl identified herself as “manager” but refused to give me her name. Became loudly belligerent. I left. Been to many DQs over the last 50 years and have never had my order screwed up like that or been treated so nasty. Avoid the DQ in Alpine, TX!
Arrived when open. Female manager standing in front of the door, smoking and spitting on the ground told me they are going to be late opening by one hour because they're short staffed.
It's hard to beat a Butterfinger blizzard with extra Butterfinger.
I've been to this DQ many times. I recently went on a Sunday for lunch. I waited at the counter for four minutes and was totally ignored. Horrible service. I remember coming here when I was a college student and this place had to close because it didn't have enough food. The interior is also dirty and smells. A lot of immature kids work here, which is the reason for the awful service.
Drive through was very slow and my fries where cold.
If you happen to walk in and notice that the dining area is full of people waiting on their orders, just turn around and go somewhere else. Waited nearly 30min after I placed my order. Doesn’t appear to be an efficient crew working that evening.
Good food on the run or over the road.
This place had terrible customer service they would not flip our blizzard and said he didnt have the time for it.
we go though drive through more than often. They are very impatient and seem to care more about talking and playing around than waiting on the customer. Doesn't take customer service as a number one priority. Poor service
