The baristas were wonderful and friendly. They had great suggestions for my group. The cafe had great seating inside and outside. Really lovely place.

We passed by this coffee shop and decided to try it out on our way back to Pigeon Forge. I decided to be adventurous and try something new. I asked about one of their new seasonal drinks, the Strawberry Horchata Brew. The barista described it exactly how it tastes! If you are looking for excellent coffee choices with a cool atmosphere, this is your place!
Coffee was average at best, I got charged more for not being local a concept I don’t understand at all… 3 stars because the staff was friendly. Locals can keep there average coffee.
First of all, this location is gorgeous. the inside is lovely, but the outside views of the surrounding mountains are outstanding. If you can, I definitely suggest an outdoor seat to eat. Seasonal drinks were delicious and came out quickly. I had the Lucky Lady and my partner got the Honey Lavender drink. This place has non-dairy options and even gluten free bread for their breakfast sandwiches. While the sandwiches, which feature a good selection of options, are nothing special, the muffins are delicious. The sandwiches also are still better quality than anything you'd find at a Dunkin Donuts or something equivalent. In short: it's good, quick food and drink with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend.
Better than Starbucks ever dreamed they could be! Had a iced white mocha called snow cream. Was amazing!

I loved this coffee stop so much we went back the next day. Breakfast sandwiches are a favorite of mine and you can customize them here. The muffins were yummy and after seeing the photos of the frappuccinos I had to try one and it was like dessert! Friendly staff and super clean, beautiful cafe. The mountain views from there are worth the stop alone.
Don't waste your time. The new manager is not about customer service! She is arrogant and stand offish. I am local and was their first review after the grand opening. They have progressively gone down hill since opening. The food went from great to hit and miss. This is "just a coffee shop" from the new manager. Wait time for anything is way too long. Save you money and time! They won't be around much longer. We won't be back. The new manager will finish the demise.
Staff was great and very friendly! They gave us awesome recommendations, and talked to us like we were regulars. The food was amazing, as were the drinks. The cafe is adorable and VERY clean. All the ladies working this morning deserve a raise. 12/10 I highly recommend them!
