Overrated sorry doesn't taste any different then any other iced coffee, probably go to Dunkin donuts next time, just taste like regular iced coffee not Carmel and mocha and y'all call that adding whip cream ? I wish I could. Take my tip back now lol 😂
I ordered the Americano. It was basically flavorless. Wouldn’t order it again. Erika was very friendly while serving me at drive thru.
I have been coming since opening day and I come a few times a week. When the trainers left things got significantly slower, which is to be expected, but I sat in line this morning and 4 cars who ordered after me and were behind me got their drinks first. I had a simple one drink order. I watched them make several other drinks and walk them out all while they still had not even made mine. The staff is young, but they really should pay attention to simple things like making sure customers get their order in order-- I can understand if I had a complex order but that was not the case. Hoping it gets better, but it seems to be worse everytime I go 😞 and I love your coffee!

Well I HOPE they stick around for a good long while cuz I’ve really enjoyed trying their drinks. Recommend the iced Flapjack latte and the lavender white mocha. All the staff are really friendly and it seems like it would be an enjoyable place to work at. Geee…now I’m talking about em I’m craving lavender white mocha. LoL
So many options for coffee lovers! The place was WRAPPED, literally, but service was great and the line moved at a good pace. Great coffee!

Love dutch bros!! Their birthday milk shake is Amazing!! And their muffin tops are too!! They're super nice and don't mind conversation!! I recommend this place for drinks and muffin tops!!

If you haven't been yet..... make the drive!!! I've been there at 5:15am, noon, 7pm, and 10:45pm and they are always great and always having a great time and trying to take your day up a notch. Personal favorite is the early morning crew, because if you have a smile and a joke for me at 5am we can always be friends! Amazing product! Better People!!!
Normally don't have any complaints about this place (been to a few locations across this country(CO, OR, TN, WA)), but this is the worst experience I've had with Dutch Bros. Got an iced annihilator, had zero flavor took it back and asked to have it remade and no change. Both times, there was zero interaction from the employees while our drinks were being made and when there was engagement they would walk away mid conversation, first time that's ever happened. Hopefully it's just this location but won't be coming back to this one.

The drinks are okay however my fiance and I had a little bit of an interaction a judgment that made us feel like we will not go back there

What's not to love
We used the drive thru and even though it was chilly and windy, the lady taking our order and the lady at the window were super friendly. The service was quick and the coffee was delicious. I vote we need a location in VA Beach.
