We visited while on vacation. We had a very pleasant experience from placing our order at the drive-thru to driving away! The best coffee & great customer service!
Great customer service, good cold and hot coffee, yummy muffins, great atmosphere, and nice location with parking!
A nice coffee shop away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. I was impressed with the Christian atmosphere.
The Lords coffee was AMAZING!!
Absolutely love this place, Staff is sweet kind, and amazing. Visited last weekend my absolute favorite coffee shop in this area. Amazing people ❤️
This will be my go to coffee shop when I stay in the mountains again. Love this little joint!
A neat place to visit! I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but saw that they had peanut butter flavoring and I HAD to go. My frappe was perfect and some of their decor were bible verses.
The coffee shop is very good. However our coffee doesn't taste very good for us because we can taste the coffee! Just milk :/ my husband ordered a mocca and I ordered a cappuccino.
Great flavor options! Staff is always friendly and polite! I visit multiple times when I am in town visiting family.
Staff seems a bit burnt out from being under-staffed, but still friendly. Tons of delicious sugar free syrups!!!!!!!
If you are in the area this is by far the best coffee and price around
Great atmosphere! Wonderful coffee.
Great coffee. Amazing people who work there, great service who care about their customers. Thank you!!
Excellent coffee. You must try the Smoky Mountain Mocha! Best coffee we've had in Sevierville.
Went here 3 days in a row while on vacation. Comparable prices to most coffee shops, sweet employees and they were quick to get orders out. I also love the large amount of flavor options they have (red velvet was the winner for me). The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the lattes do have a slight watered down taste.
This was my first time getting coffee here and will definitely be going back. I asked the young lady for a recommendation on a frozen coffee and it was the best choice I could have made. Both coffees were incredible. It is a very cute, quiet place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. Would definitely recommend the Turtle mocha freeze or iced caramel macchiato.
I didn't get food, but the 5 stars is the coffee. I ordered the cherry amaretto white mocha and my husband ordered mocha machiatto. My friend ordered the smoky mocha, blended. Our children order cocoa and/or blended cocoa. Everything was *very* tasty, service was fast and friendly, and they have a Pay It Forward board that is such a great idea. Highly recommend this coffee spot.
Me my wife and my Granddaughter had a great cup of coffee
I wanna give 5 stars but I’ve gotta be honest that no one can nail it every time and there are some issues here . Great customer service and they do their best with what they’ve got goin which sometimes seems to get overwhelmed quickly. Their product can be delicious but it’s important to know they’re using a cold brew type coffee in their cold drinks . It’s a smart move to keep the ice from melting but it comes across as a little dishonest . I doubt they’re brewing espresso 200 times to fill the refrigerated jug they use to make the “espresso” cold drinks. However this is very likely an industry issue not a specific issue to the location. It’s is the deciding factor for me when it comes to continued repeat business. No way I pay 7$ for a cup or cold brew with “ an extra shot” again and I was an every day customer before I realized I was sort of being had . Still I wish the location the best luck and hope they keep on keeping on for those who aren’t bothered by the small factors when it comes to their coffee
I go here several times each week, both for coffee and frozen yogurt (the other half of their building has a Sweet Frog shop). Always excellent service and very clean! I just wish they were open on Sundays - I go to Black Rifle Coffee Company in the Mountain Mile on Sundays, but they don't have yogurt. 😢 Both places are largely staffed by very sweet, very cute girls (which is a definite plus for this tired old man)! 😇 EDIT 6/21/22: I learned just the other day that they actually ARE open on Sundays, but for only ~8 hours, from 1pm to 9pm. EDIT: 2/10/23: I'm still a huge fan of this place! They try very hard. They really do. I'm a Type 2 diabetic, so I'm really careful about sugar. They're equally careful about keeping the sugar content of anything I order as low as possible. Unlike most ice cream/frozen yogurt places, they have not just one but TWO no-sugar-added flavors. In addition, they put their NSA cheesecake and NSA strawberry in the same machine, so that you can use the swirl lever in the middle to have a strawberry cheesecake swirl option. (This last may seem like a no-brainer, but SME is the first place with two NSA flavors that I've seen do it. Having worked at a Ben & Jerry's shop for a couple of years, I know how much forethought lies behind being able to reliably keep the same flavors paired in the same machine, week in and week out.)
