First time I stopped here. Short haired heavy set blonde lady was the cashier on Tuesday May 9th 2023 3:30pm. Most unpleasant person I have ever encountered. I actually thanked her and told her to have a good day after my purchase, but it was apparent she was having a bad day. I hope whatever is causing her horrible demeanor gets better and she someday has the ability to be nice.
Rude staff and no gas.
Would stop here a couple times a week for a fill up and to grab some drinks. Cashiers were always missing. When they’d finally come over to ring me up, they were always rude. Won’t be back.
I visit Thornton's everyday sometimes twice a day to get a frozen Coke Icee, I can't get enough of them. I get heart broken when the machine is down though.
I pay attention to the looks of the places I wake into. And I have noticed a marked difference in the looks of this store. It’s really looking good. I will walk into a store and turn around and leave if it’s not clean.
This is a horrible convenient store. I stopped at this store to use the ladies room and gas up my vehicle and was treated horribly by an employee. There was a sign that said the bathroom was closed for cleaning and I asked could I go in anyway as I’m really needing to go. I was yelled at and told no. I then asked the employee for her name and she completely ignored me. It’s so sad and unfortunate that this employee has no customer service skills and treated me as if I was not human. Definitely hurt. Needless to say I refuse to get gas. I’ve never been treated so poorly and it was only because I needed to use the restroom. This employee has brown hair with blonde hair in front. She does not have customer service skills at all. I’m led to believe I was treated like this due to the color of my skin. There was absolutely no reason to speak to me in such an awful way. And she could have allowed me to use the restroom. Will never return here. If you want to be treated like a human when going to a convenient store, bypass this one.
I come to this location all the time and wanted to take a second to brag on the lady with dark hair and blonde in the front was stocking the store when I walked in (at like 2am) She welcomed me like she was actually happy to see me and remembered me from previous visits. We have talked before On previous visits and when I walked around looking for a snack and she asked if I needed help with anything.. she suggested a snack I had never tried. After some small talk while I still wanderer looking around she walked over to the register with me and rang me up. She truly made my terrible, long night better. You never know how much a small act of kindness and a good attitude means to someone. Being a working single mom like myself I really appreciate her being in such a good spirit. I never have caught her name.. but thanks and I wish you the best of luck in school. Never give up! And thanks for making me find a healthy-ish gas station snack I actually like!
The place always looks great, busy during the day which is a good thing. I like going at night though. There’s a girl there who has half black half blonde hair and she’s always smiling and laughing. Her jokes are terrible but hey she gets an a for effort
Never had a bad experience here. During the day it is a busy location but other than that it’s great. Lizz who works the night shift is always friendly and has a smile on her face.
It's 4am and I just left this store. I was the only one in there with the 2 employees. I wasn't greeted when I came in. I grabbed my drinks and went to the counter. The older lady (I think in training) said we will be right with you. Youll be right with me? WHY??? NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE!!!! WHY AM I WAITING WHEN THERE WAS 2 OF THEM!?!? So I waited. The younger of the 2 (black and blonde hair with black glasses) strolls over with no urgency at all. Doesn't speak. Just grabs my drinks and rings them up. While at the register she started barking orders at the older lady. Like I said, it's 4am. Who wants someone screaming like at that time of morning. Tells me my total. I pay. She give me my change and doesn't bother bagging my drinks. Never said have a great day or see ya later... NOTHING!!!! I don't know what her problem is but the attitude she has is NOT good for your business. Iv been in the service industry for OVER 20 years and this is the type of person that WILL run your customers off. I have never been in this store until this morning and I can promise you I WONT be back due to this lady's attitude. She needs to be retrained because her customers service skills are NOT up to par.
poor service literally a waste of your time if you pull in there. charge me $120 for gas said I needed to prepay went out to the pump to try to pump would not give me any gas and now my credit card is showing that I owe $120
At this particular location. There’s a man with a cowboy hat. I’m not sure if he has a seeing problem or just doesn’t like my skin-tone. I know I’m an minority but I feel very unwelcome going into that store.
The new overnight people are rude and apparently deaf and if you ask for something and they ring up not what you asked for, you can’t get your money back or exchange for what YOU ASKED FOR!!!! Stop somewhere else if you need things. This place has gone downhill since Erica and Shelly left 🤬🤬🤬
Dirty bathrooms and Clark stated his manager was going to clean it after his break but no manager is on-site after 5pm.
No Half&Half or Whole Milk for your coffee. They have a machine that never works, and more excuses than Brandon. Racetrack puts it out by the carton. They will always have moo for my coffee. Time to switch.
Great place to grab a bite to eat and get gas
Nothing wrong with the actual place just the location here sucks. So much craziness with the traffic and all the semi trucks. There's always an accident since the traffic and its right by the exit and off ramp to the i24 so be very cautious coming here
Stopped here to get some gas in my way down to Florida. Good coffee too!
Great fuel prices and friendly customer service representatives Especially Ms. Wonder
Shout out to my boy Kenny and the rest of their clerks with great attitudes and politeness.
