Music City Tea

I had a lovely time trying all of the teas. They carry quite a few interesting teas that you don’t see everyday. All in all, it was a very relaxed experience, and I’m so glad I have found a good source of tea in the Nashville area.

Very nice owners, family owned. Came in for the first time, never even heard of this store and was welcomed. The owner brought us to some chairs and table and we tasted some very delicious tea. We were so impressed. I don’t really like tea but even I understood how good tea can be. Everyone should come and visit and give them some much needed attention.

Best tea store in Murfreesboro! If you are lucky enough to catch a tea ceremony here, it’s a lovely experience! They sell a tea with marshmallows that is great for kids tea parties as well as a large variety of tea for adult tastebuds. Great spot for tea pots and accessories as well!

I love this place, it’s become a sanctuary for myself as a tea lover. Jenny and her team take the time to sit with you and try whatever teas you’d like. We carry her tea at our shop @proverbialcup_midtown in Nashville and always get great feedback on their product. We <3 Music City Tea

Fantastic experience and amazing tea!

I thought I was a devoted Red Rose (orange pekoe) tea fan for life. Thanks to Adam's dry wit and Jenny's unabashed energy, and their combined love and knowledge of tea, I think I've been converted. It's oolong every day, all day, from here on out! Come to this shop. Try their tea. Have a lovely time of it. Maybe even go home with some awesome tea, too

I absolutely love this tea shop. If you want to get into loose leaf tea but you’re not sure where to start this is a great place to try any kind you would like and buy very reasonably priced sample sizes. The free tea tasting is delightful!

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place on our date night. This place was so educational I learned so much about teas. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service in my life either. Amazing place would recommend to anyone.

This store is a HIDDEN GEM in Murfreesboro! Jenny is SO AWESOME! You will have a wonderful time and enjoy learning about and trying some wonderful teas! I cannot recommend this little Tea Shop enough. Bring your whole family, you will NOT be disappointed!

This is a hidden gem in the downtown Murfreesboro. The atmosphere was amazing and just so welcoming. If you have some time and like tea stop by you will love it.

Plan on making monthly trips here! My friend and I went to try some quality tea here. The young lady, the owner’s daughter was very knowledgeable and confident in her presentation of the teas and tastings. She told us about her family’s tea farms in China where I’m guessing most if not all these teas are from! Very beautiful and wide assortment of tea ware and tea sets. Decently priced quality tea. For sure will be going back when they have their monthly Chinese tea party. Very excited for this! I bought three kinds of tea: Earl Grey, Ginger Lemon, and Chrysanthemum. I ended up drinking the ginger when I got home as the lunch we had did not set well… that’s in a different review… the ginger tea settled my stomach down with it a half hour.

I visited from out of town and absolutely adored my experience here. It reignited my love for tea. I've been looking for a similar shop in my hometown and other cities I've visited and can't find anything like it. I shall for sure be visiting again. Is a very unique experience.
