A lot of selections and the banana pudding donut was good but it was funny that they asked how many donuts would I be ordering like I couldn't take my time and select one by one and no one else was in line so that was only part that was a little off to me

I am so disappointed and Krispy Kreme donuts about donuts for my grandkids and they're not like they used to be. I don't know if they were just old or what
As if the picture doesn’t explain the rating enough, the chocolate glazed were also incorrect. They were supposed to be Kreme filled, and they were custard filled. She even verified at the window “white Kreme right?” Also, this was after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line. Every experience here has been bad, but this one was by far the worst.
Staff is friendly. The inside was clean. Fast service. Y'all already know the donuts are good.
The donuts are always fresh and if you're on the rewards app, you can always get great discounts
This location had several employees outside of the establishment smoking at 10 minutes after 7:00… I pulled around to the drive thru and waited 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was in the drive thru… once I have them my order I get to the window only to repeat my order 2 more times to the girl and to be charged twice as much as she told me at the speaker. Then I get my order only to find that the doughnuts were OLD. So after paying twice as much and waiting nearly 25 minutes, the doughnuts were AWFUL! Send help To this store… it’s not ok!
Listen this is my first time ever writing a review!! That’s how bad it is here. They need a whole new morning staff. Every time I come, they are very rude. There needs to be a trick costumer from the company to just go through the drive thur in the morning and ask questions about menu, and see how bad their attitudes are. Especially on weekends. Not friendly at all. With the exception of the worker named Bookie she was awesome. Otherwise horrible staff.
We’ve “tried” to purchase doughnuts twice in the past 6 months. The first time, the lobby was closed, so we went in the drive through. We were told they only had original glazed. Then tonight we stopped in. The display cases were full. We asked for an assorted dozen. The first 2 I asked for were the Oreo ones. I was told they didn’t have any available, and the ones we saw were display only???? Not just like 2 , but 6-12 doughnuts just sitting there on display? She actually told us she couldn’t sell them to us. What on earth is going on?? Y’all closed our store in Smyrna to open this one, and it’s been disappointing. What a shame.
Nice staff. Nothing negative to say about my experiences and or food.
They have delicious donuts, but sometimes they close the store and you have to use the drive-thru, this store has to hire more staff, one of the Sunday I went to that store and just one person was assisting all the customers, she was trying with everything at the same time, but we noticed that she was frustrated, we understood, but definitely you guys needs more employees.
They never have donuts ready! This is the 3rd time I’ve waited for over 20 minutes to get a dozen ORIGINAL glazed!!!
Went to go in because we had a moterhome. Lobby said open.. doors locked.. drive through was open but of course we couldn’t fit… no sign on door..
The lady was very patient with my mom asking a million silly questions and the donuts taste amazing 10/10

So slow and expensive, 20 min wait at 7am and 12 bucks for half a dozen…Dunkin or different place for sure
Do NOT waste your effort driving here….. three attempts and they’re always out of everything except cold glazed donuts same as the ones you can pick up at your local Kroger….. it’s a shame really… Murfreesboro deserves a better run Krispy Kreme!!
went in 50 minutes before close and the staff were so nice! very understanding and gracious. thank u!!
They were literally out of everything except for 2 or 3 types of donuts. They take their display case by putting up full trays on the top 2 rows, but those donuts are only for display apparently.
No fresh anything never have hot donuts ever in the afternoon do u think only morning people like hot donuts
