Love love LOVE this coffee shop. The blue moon latte is my FAVORITE!
My wife and I are visiting Memphis, and we stumbled across this place. We went inside, ordered on their kiosk, and had the best ice caramel lattes. The kiosk allowed a great amount of customization, too.

This spot has had many names, and it's current name is the result of a weird trademark rule... but regardless, this is some of the best coffee you can find in Memphis! Their specialty coffees are fun, also!

I love Ugly Mug. I even buy their coffee in Kroger to brew at home. They are local and I love supporting our local businesses. 4/19/2023, I knocked off 2 stars for the app orders. Something has changed. They never check their app orders. The last several orders I made were not ready, and they never know about them when I pull up. I have all kinds of excuses given.
So far the best customer service I’ve received in my hunt for great coffee in Memphis. Today I had a Dulce Con Leche coffee. The barista was kind enough to tell me how they make it, the half and half is a rich treat, will probably take an extra shot the next time, and get a cold brew or iced coffee too. They were out of the ugly delicious roll, but she gave me other options which I appreciated. Ended up with a cheese danish, something about the actual pastry wasn’t my favorite, but the cheese part was perfect. I’m gonna hold back one star for the pastry, and will give them another try. But if you want to feel good after purchasing from somewhere...this is it. I’m going back for their customer service!!
The coffee was decent. The service was awful. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. We saw the wrong order given to customers multiple times. I don't think I will chance it again.
We were visiting from out of town. Absolutely love this coffee shop! Delicious espresso. A wonderful, warm and friendly demeanor from the staff. And some hella good tunes playing! It's a winner. And I can see why it's gotten so many local awards.
I could have made a better cup of coffee at home. 14.00 was expensive for coffee I threw away.

Delicious bacon breakfast bagel. Their dark roast quite strong but very good. Their strawberry shake is also good. The service at Drive Thru was very kind and quick.

If you’re looking for somewhere to sit and talk with a friend, THIS is your place! It’s compact, and the sweet aroma of coffee easily lightens the mood. Last night, I was very pleased to speak with Rebecca who made my first-time very enjoyable. She went one-by-one and explained each thing on the menu for me (which I’m very grateful for.) You’d be lucky to have her to prepare your drink! 10/10, for the experience.
Cafe Con Leche was very very good. Great service and flavors spot on. If you like the taste of coffee/espresso, you might want to ask for half syrups. Great taste, just little overpowering on the coffee taste.

Absolutely amazing café con leche. The service was a little slow but they were also very busy.
Best coffee and customer service. We wanted extra hot coffee so we requested them just to microwave but they prepared whole new cup of hot coffee and there response was so good. Would suggest everyone to try out ugly mug/ ramblin joes coffee..
I think you need new or more people or more equipment. Or all of the above. I pass by a lot and you always seem to have a line. I got in line today. It took forever. I ordered black coffee and a muffin. The muffin was cold and coffee had cream and sugar. Even though they apologize and gave a card for free coffee I doubt I will ever come back come back.
