Best sourdough in town. On par with coastal bakery chains like Pain Quotidien. Get some Kerrygold butter and it’s like a small trip to continental Europe.
First time at the establishment and we were pleasantly surprised. We tend to look for restaurants that sell WHOLE FOOD plant based items and there wasn't a plethora of them where were visiting in Memphis. We then got lucky and found Lulu's.Everything was delicious, we had to place a second to go order while we were dining in. We both had their breakfast sandwiches and a cheat meal for dessert ,a slice of their coffee cake. We will definitely be eating here again on our next trip to Memphis !

Took the husband there today. Didn’t tell him it was vegan until we were on the way. He was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. He enjoyed it. Between the two of us we had a Lima bean veggie sausage biscuit, a house made sauerkraut and asparagus sandwich, a piece of coffee cake, and a persimmon seed cookie. Everything was tasty and satisfying. Hubby is even willing to go back!
I had breakfast at this little cafe this morning, and it was so good that I went back for lunch. Good coffee, great baked goods, and amazing sandwiches. Already among the top plant-based places to eat in Memphis.
This place is adorable! The matcha cheesecake is heavenly. The customer service was excellent! I’m definitely returning.

Delicious scones and latte! We were gifted some scones and my fiancé had to find out where they were from so we could go get more. That’s how we found these guys! They were so nice. My coffee was one of the best lattes I’ve had in Memphis. Will definitely be back with friends and fam!
A friend told me about this place and I am soo grateful! First and foremost, the staff is the absolute kindest! The sausage (made w/black eyed peas) biscuit…whoa! INCREDIBLE! I had a salted miso caramel & oat milk latte called, Pisces on the High Seas that was equally as delicious. I only wish I lived closer! This place is great!
First time here and this was some of the best food I've ever had. It's been so hard to find quality vegan food in Memphis and this place delivers on everything!!!!! I taste the love and appreciate you all❤

Lulus was a very good experience with a very friendly staff and amazing high quality vegan food. Definitely at the top of my Togo regular spots! I felt like a had a healthy experience! Would highly recommend this spot!
Baked goods are absolutely delicious. Great texture, flavor and not too sweet. I’ll be back for lunch. Great service with a smile.

It is amazing to be able to walk into a place as a vegan and be able to order anything, no questions asked. Add on top of that great people AND everything being delicious… paradise. That sando though…
Mushroom sandwich flavor and size surpasses expectations. Has that definite Memphis community vibe as I ran into several friend groups while there. Nice to see they have regular food and coffee selections in addition to their baked goods. Coffee cake was delicious and moist. Chairs are comfortable and they have bicycle racks out front. Don’t forget to order a cake from this place. Dang y’all that cake!!! So the food is good but it’s an added bonus to support a place that has really good owners too.
As a vegan, I haven't had coffee cake in years. It was worth the wait, especially dipped in their delicious coffee. Can't wait to come back for the strata and the pasta salad!
I got a scone and it was AWESOME!!! Crispy in the outside, moist and tender in the inside, plump, flavorful blueberries -- very well done.
They make the best cakes anywhere ever!
