Always the best donuts around
I'm not sure the cashier has a smile. She obviously didn't want to be at work. The donuts were standard Krispy Kreme quality. The restaurant doesn't appear to ever be cleaned. Overall, it's not a terrible place. It just needs some smiling faces, and a broom.
The service and food haven't been the same since COVID. Don't get me wrong, things were declining for a few years before COVID but during and after, both the product and customer service have been sub par and awful. After my last experience I decided to try again today but they were closed by 5pm. The Krispy Kreme of the 90's, when the hot donuts sign was on a few times a day and you could smell the donuts down the road, you could pull up late night and get a hot donut and some coffee at a decent price with good customer service...is long gone. The donuts are smaller, harder, hardly ever fresh, and when they are actually open, the workers act like you're bothering them. That is the new norm almost everywhere
Stood in the drive thru line for 20 minutes until I get to the speaker phone to say only taking debit card. Stood in another 10 because it is only one single lane and no way to get out.
My donuts are always hot, soft and good 🍩😋.. I only had a issue one time with an employee customer service/ lack of knowledge on a promo, but the assistant manager got me back up in spirit with exceptional service and hot donuts after that!

Good morning I went to get donuts for my church this morning and the manager told me they were close because they have a truck and they had six people standing around I thought that was not excepted. Poor business. And she was rude

It's donuts are great through the drive through. Didn't understand why inside was closed at 11:30AM on a Saturday.
I would go on a day where there are no plain glazed donuts, the staff are generally a bunch of teenager girls so prepare sassy attitudes.
Still 5 star, great service, clean inside, great selection, and hot sugary donuts. Seems they changed the chocolate for the chocolate topped. Seemed thinner, different taste. I enjoyed them though. Prices are like everywhere. I'll be still getting them when I'm around. WAY better than the local shops for me.

My favorite donut!! DELICIOUS... especially when the HOT sign is on! I stopped today and took advantage of my free dozen glazed because I took the survey. Life is good... REAL good!
Just like any Krispy Kreme place, got a good selection of doughnuts and drinks. Great place for just settling down and having a sweet treat.
