stopped by here for a cup of decaf coffee. Great people and spot to get work done!
Decent coffee soda and selection of canned teas (I didn't have any food), simple outdoors space, lots of simple seating indoors. Great spot to sit and work. My only gripes are that it uses the popular (and boring) minimalist decor, and I wish the cute gift shop stocked more local goods. They stock some, but I know the good stuff is out there!
Did Something change since people reviewed the place last time? Because the coffee was bad. Two of us went for the coffee. It’s inside a cute gift shop. The gift shop looks so cute, and hip ( although I didn’t buy anything). The coffee shop also looks very cool, and laid back. There were multiple tables, and people were working/chilling. Loved the ambience. However, both the coffees were not so good. I even didn’t finish my iced mocha! It was tasteless, sweet milky liquid! I was disappointed. Maybe, just an accident, or a bad day?
I buy pounds of grain coffee and coffee on a regular bases. However, some baristas are quite unfriendly and full of themselves. Ordered a cappuccino but since it was late, I asked to only use half of the expresso shot. I was paying for the full thing. The barista said they didn’t do that. So I told her I would take the expresso on the side so I could do it myself but she said and I quote, “that’s weird”. So when a business acts like they doing you a favor while you spend your money, is not a good sign. I will take the few hundreds of dollars I spend in coffee to the hub.

Overall atmosphere was extremely busy. There is limited seating along the periphery with no distinct area for a line to access the register. I requested the standard drink for my reviews: a cappuccino with oat milk and some sort of caramel flavoring. The blue haired barista was not able to create the simple drink that a standard coffee shop should be able to make. This inability demonstrates a limited skill set. The drink, a salted caramel latte, was made okay. The temperature was good, and the balance of flavors was adequate. The drink gets a 3/5. My recommendation is not to come to this Cafe for your coffee.
I’m not a coffee connoisseur like some of my friends; however, the barista recommended a seasonal drink, the Butterscotch Miso. Excellent recommendation and probably my favorite in Memphis so far! It’s a smaller place, which is great when there is only a few people. I could see where I would feel cramped when it gets busy.
The coffee I tried the first time I visited was okay. The actual coffee shop is usually full with most seats taken up. On my second visit I decided to get coffee elsewhere with better/more seating options. The location is small possibly due to the attached shop. Just an opinion but it would be nice if the coffee shop could be expanded to make for a bit more room!
Cappuccino and muffins were perfect
It was yummy and cute. My wife and I had been there like a year ago and decided to come back. I do wish they had a syrup menu, but mostly they just had specialty drinks. The drinks were delicious and my wife who mostly drinks her “safe” flavors wasn’t able to drink hers. So I went and to try to order just a plain vanilla latte and they didn’t have vanilla. So I just ordered a plain sweetened ice latte and the nice person at the counter didn’t even make me pay for a remake. (Let it be said that I ended up drinking my wife’s and it was delicious) We left happy and also the cups were cute as heck.
Not a great experience. Coffee was meh and the people working there seemed disinterested and rude though no one was in there.

Second time here, because I was in the area and forgot the first experience. Zero customizations available. They have no cinnamon for the cappuccino. Caramel is only available on the one drink they advertise it in. Cute spot, but sorely lacking in customer service. You take it off the menu or not. How do you take your coffee? Here it is however they want.
Tough parking situation, terrible service, mediocre coffee. After my experience with their staff I will be spending my money elsewhere.
Location is amazing on Broad near Arts district. Coffee and pastries are above average. Decor is slick. Water station is very handy. Outdoor area is very cool. There’s also a gift shop nearby that sells Memphis souvenirs and other funky gift items.
Coffee is great 👍🏽 - it is a must try and comeback establishment!!!
Definitely one of the best coffee joints in town; their espresso game on point and the drip is dope. Pricey but hey, it's good stuff and I've never been let down here.
The gift shop is so cute! The coffee and pastries were delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more of the seasonal drinks.
Shopping and coffee in one location. Plus, they have an amazing patio that's dog friendly. Come chill and shop. Fun gift ideas for yourself or others. Friendly and helpful staff! As they like to say, "all the coffees!"
