Welp, 53 5 star reviews.. we must have just hit an off night. One employee on her computer, the other on her phone the second she finished taking our order. Decor cheerful and welcoming starkly contrasted with awkward silence in the small space. Ice cream? Meh.. Wanted to buy coffee bagged and displayed only to be told by employees that they didn’t know where it was stored. Overall experience? Just…. that’ll do.

I am absolutely obsessed with The Hensley Salad! It is the most amazing salad I have ever eaten. However, since I do not like blue cheese, they modify the salad for me and I always add cucumbers. The owner and staff are not only nice, but provide excellent quality food and service. I would rank the salad the best in Kingsport and the service the best as well! The picture shows the salad with the chicken salad (amazing) on the modified version of The Hensley.
Fresh and delicious sandwich menu, gotta try their homemade potato salad, bought some to take home it was so good!
Small shop with a variety of sandwiches, sides, and ice cream. I ordered The Rose, which was pepper jelly, pimento cheese, and bacon on a ciabatta roll; a great combination and just the right amount of messy. I had a side of the housemade macaroni salad, which was flavorful and filled with fresh veggies (bell pepper, tomato, cucumber). Only in town for a couple days, but would come back if I was in the area again.

Came for the chocolate cake sundae and was not disappointed! Big enough for 3 people at a great price!
This is hands down the best tasting espresso I have ever had. You definitely need to come down to this espresso bar/coffee shop a get you a latte! They also have affogato that I will definitely be trying soon!

Friendliest place in downtown Kingsport! Their new espresso bar is an excellent addition. My staple order at a coffee shop is a double shot and cappuccino, and this is one of the few places in the tri-cities that can really do it right.

Big things really do come in small packages! This business knows how to punch out big flavor from a small deli! There has been a few items I have thoroughly enjoyed, just recently trying out the espresso bar options! Chocolate covered peach, it is interesting in a really good way, but PLENTY of other flavors to choose from! This is a MUST try place for lunch, dinner, dessert, or whatever in between, and the hospitality is something to take note of too! Easiest 5 stars I've given!
