Food was spectacular....but two hours to get a small pizza is too much! The guy making the pizzas likes to talk. I get it, good business to yap with the customers, but come on!! Make the pizza!!

This is a newer establishment in Crossville, TN. I love the coziness of the place. Cozy, but not too small. Music adds to the ambiance without it being the stereotype Italian music. The only downfall is choices. You either order exactly what the stated specials are, or you pick something else. It is a smaller establishment, so I do understand that all items are preportioned and substitutions may be costly. The crust of their pizza is solid! Love the method they use. However, with the olive oil base it made the pizza so soggy that you had to use a fork, or fold it over a few times. The flavor profile was excellent. I would have liked to ordered additional toppings but understood that it was not an option. Sadly, my 14yo son who loves pizza would probably not like this place, but as a grown-up (hahaaha) it is quite enjoyable.

What a gem! This family run cafe and pizzeria in Crossville is a delightful place for a lovey time to relax and enjoy a long conversation over good coffee offerings and to watch your pizza being handcrafted while talking with the chef! Plan to spend time…you won’t be disappointed!

After getting in for lunch I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars or should I say 5🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕. The food was excellent and watching the process of our pizza being made it was truly a work of art from a master. It was so refreshing to see a family run business where father mother daughter and son all worked in unison the children were very polite and professional. Mom and Dad should be proud. I wish them good luck and hope they stay in Crossville for a long time to come

Family atmosphere, incredible, fresh pizza, made right in front of you. A true artisan experience l, but priced too low for the quality. Could charge twice the price for the food.

Very quaint place, lovely staff and fabulous pizza!!! It does take a little extra time, especially if at peak time, but worth the wait! And the cannoli-yummy!!

Seriously check this place out! Best cappuccino I've ever had. I just dropped in for coffee so I didn't try the pizza this go round, but it looked amazing. Great atmosphere and the family is so sincerely grateful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful little cafe, cozy atmosphere with limited seating. Beautifully decorated with plush cozy chairs and the finest cups, mugs and glasses. The chef owner was attentive and pleasant to talk to and to watch him work. We loved trying the dolce matcha, Italian soda, the shakarato, and the macchiato, all of which we great. I love to support family owned businesses in Crossville and we can't wait to come back and try the pizza and more drinks on a date night!

Absolutely outstanding! Deliciously authentic food in a wonderfully quaint atmosphere, served by the most beautifully sweet family. I hesitate to call what they serve "pizza" because it's too good to be lumped in with other pizza places in town. We really felt like we were back in Italy, reclining tableside with great food and great conversation with the people around us and the proprietors themselves. Can't wait to go back!

This is not your regular restaurant. It's not the kind of place you can just walk in and be seated. It's not the kind of place where you'll get your food 10-15 minutes after ordering. Do not walk in ready to eat immediately. Do not come on your lunch break or in a hurry. If you can't handle that, do not go. Stop reading and take your impatience elsewhere. You'll be looking at 2.5 to 3 hours from being put on the wait list to leaving happy. This place is an experience. It's art. The atmosphere is so relaxed. The family is so welcoming. On a 5 star rating scale, I'd give them at least 7 stars. I waited 1 hour before I was seated. I waited another hour before I received my pizza. My phone was nearly dead by the time I was seated, so I decided to sit back, sip my soda and water, and watch the whole process. In that time, every person working there stopped to talk with me and check on me. I watched the chef (I'm sorry I can't remember the official title forgive me!) address each diner while he made the pizzas. He kept us updated on where he was with orders. He remembered returning customers and recognized that I was new. He remembered a customer's preference of no parmesan even though it wasn't on the ticket. He took time on each pizza from start to finish. Making sure the dough was laid out perfectly. Applying toppings evenly so no matter how you cut your pizza you'd end up with the same ingredient ratio. No matter how many orders stacked up, he made sure each pizza was perfect before being sent out. You can't rush art. The pizza itself was so good. I got the Elena Ferrante. Not too crisp, not too doughy, it was just right. The meatballs were spectacular. The ricotta he put on was just the right amount. The mozzarella was so fresh and flavorful. The basil was fresh. The orange soda was to die for! Honestly, for the quality of service and food, they should charge twice what they do. This is a passion for them. Not just a source of income. If you take just a moment to wa

Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. You pretty much have to be in the mood for pizza and nothing else. The quality was fantastic. You also can’t be in a hurry and don’t expect coke or any mainstream sodas. If you like authentic pizza I recommend it. I had the Filetto my wife had the Bianca and we finished with canolli.

My favourite place to eat in Crossville. Amazing AUTHENTIC Italian pizza. A truly FAMILY run endeavor which gives it a very personal feel. Don't forget to order cannoli for dessert and the BEST cappuccino. This place is not designed for dine and dash, but rather as a space to enjoy the art of food and time spent with dear people. Don't be in a rush here, it ain't pizza hut, thank goodness!

Just came back from having a wonderful meal. We will surely be regulars. The owners should be cognizant of the fact that there are guys like me who do not have a refined palate. To me it's "good" "me like".I appreciate the effort in the process, however the subtleties of ingredients and preparation go wasted on this caveman . So remain thickskined when you overhear a bloke like me commenting about the meal that was just meant for my wife. Looking foward to our next visit. Crossville is lucky to have such a nice family run business.

I was really excited to try this….but was disappointed. We waited 1 hour 50 minutes to eat.. A couple came in 30 min after us. Apparently they weren’t aware that they had to pre-order and they sat there for about five minutes. The owner felt bad that they didn’t know and they got their food before us. I’m not sure what kind of “experience” I’m supposed to experience there. It was kind of confusing and chaotic. The pizza crust was good. It is very thin on bottom though and we were hungry an hour later. I appreciate what they are trying to do but maybe an appetizer or some bread if you have people wait hours until they can eat. I didn’t think it was worth the time we waited. We might give them another chance if they offer more things to eat and they are open for a while longer to get things running more smoothly.
