Delicious local breakfast and and other local goods. Great place for kids and family. I had blueberry pancakes. Only disappointment was that they no longer sell the apricot jam.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 5+ years, and this restaurant has taken a nose dive. We arrived around 12:30 at the tail end of a lunch service. The tables where previous patrons had dined were dirty and covered with plates, these tables remained this way until we left at 2. We waited at the host stand for 15-20 minutes for a table. Once sat we saw our waitress once when she took our order. After waiting 45 minutes for a hotdog and a chicken sandwich I decided to go see what the hold-up was. Our food was sitting on the counter... the freshly fried chips were oil logged and soggy. The hot dog was a cold dog and my chicken sandwich was subpar. I had to get up and ask for a refill of water. The three front-of-house employees were very disorganized. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years. There was zero delegation of duty, one employee should have been taking orders and maning the register, another should have been bussing tables, and another bring food and refilling drinks. And don't get me started on the bathrooms, needless to say they were atrocious.

Loved this spot passing through Sea Pines at lunch. They had an amazing menu and everything was decently priced. We had the Bird Dog sandwich and the mustard drizzled on top was amazing! We will be sure to come back when we pass through again soon.

Management needs to get the two servers some help, especially with the expansion of seating and the uptick in tourists.

My husband and I ordered two different salads and both salads had very little salad dressing and was tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant for a good lunch salad.

Best donuts on the island. Always friendly. Cool stuff to check out and purchase while you wait. A true gem for Sea Pines!

Low country Produce is a combination of store and restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious Breakfast starting with homemade Glazed Donuts, made to order, and delicious coffee. I had Blueberry Pancakes and sausage, my husband had the Breakfast Burrito of the day. Portions are generous. Well worth a visit. Also, there is a Lunch Menu.

LPM is a great choice for that large latte with an incredible breakfast. Traveler’s breakfast for me, french toast for my wife. Shop around for chow chow, gispacho or other snacks for the afternoon. Closes at 2:30. all within the Sea Pines gate so ride your bike if that suits you

Great little marketplace restaurant. I've had several very delicious breakfasts here. It did take a little while to be seated last time as they seemed short staffed like most restaurants these days, however it was well worth the wait.

This restaurant is very eclectic and laid back in a cozy shopping center. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent along with the wait service. We shared a smoked salmon omlette which came with fried potatoes and a generous biscuit. We loved it so much, we came back for the same breakfast.

Had brunch here today. Like many restaurants they were understaffed and the two servers they had were doing multiple jobs. The food was okay but not nearly as good as the nearby Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe

Easily one of the best brunch spots on the island in my opinion. I had the feta and veggie omelette with skillet potatoes and sourdough bread. I also had an iced mocha which was delicious. Wonderful service from start to finish. Refreshingly different atmosphere.
