The wait is anxiety inducing and the absolute worst way to start your day. Being forced to wait in their small shop and watch them drown with all the Door Dash and mobile orders, have the manager frantically locate missed mobile orders and tell his crew he needs this and that on the fly - AND watch these drivers walk in, assume priority and leave with boxes of doughnuts while you try and explain to your poor daughter why its taking over 30 minutes for 6 doughnuts is so incredibly frustrating. I love supporting small businesses but this was absolutely ridiculous. Be prepared....
The donuts are great. Love them. Last year I had to wait 90 minutes for donuts after my order. It was busy, I didn’t blame them. This year I thought I’ll order online so I won’t have to wait as long. I ordered the donuts through the app. They said it would be ready in :30. showed up :45 later to pick them up. They hadn’t even started them. This wouldn’t bother mean much but when I asked them about it, they had five orders ahead of me that were all time stamped after my order. When I asked them about it they said it was because the other online orders had showed up in person before me. But the whole point of ordering online for pick up is so you don’t have to come in person and wait for 90 minutes. Then the people worked there treated me less than human just for me asking them to honor making the donuts in the order they received them. I understand that they are not well staffed but you shouldn’t be treated poorly for placing an online order and expecting your order to be honored in the order of the time they are placed. The one person making my donuts wouldn’t even call out my name when they completed my order. She just tossed them on the counter. Basically all this is to say that ordering online ahead of time is worthless. There were 10 people all around me who orders online who all had to wait for another hour. One had to wait so long that they asked for a refund.
Easy to order online. SO delicious. Pricey, but worth it for a treat. Be patient - they're not fast, but they're worth the wait. Eat em while they're still warm 😊👍
Popular and crowded. Long line but great variety of delicious, specialty donuts 🍩. So many more unique options and combos than Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Duck Donuts does have lattes and coffees but this is definitely a donut shop not a coffee shop. Coffee prep is slow and inconsistent. Not terrible but I'd go elsewhere for coffee.

Great donuts. Made in front of you so they are warm when you get them. Great variety. Grandkids had a great time. Staff was terrific!!! Would definitely recommend.
Outta this world donuts! These donuts will ruin you from ever eating another low quality donut ever again! All I can think about when I crave a donut is going back to this place! Definitely a MUST DO!
Every Duck Donuts we've been to is all around excellent, and this one is no exception!
Friendly service and great, freshly hand dressed donuts. Really good donuts with great topping selections. They are the smaller donuts the kind you would find at an apple orchard. Can see them being made right in front of you.

The donuts were amazing and delicious!!!!! Service was excellent. I’ll be back!!! We arrived today about 110pm the manager told us to hold on 10 while fixed the donut machine. And as he promised we had hot delicious donuts in our hands with just a little bit of patience!!!!! Thanks to the whole staff we could see how busy it was and how hard they were working!!!! A tip of the cap to the manager and the staff GREAT JOB!!!
These guys are barely open for 6 hours a day, we showed up hoping to get donuts and their machine was broken and they didn’t have any donuts ready to go because they make them “fresh”.
If you're in the area and have a sweet tooth, please pick a day to stop in here and try their donuts! I'm quite picky when it comes to cake donuts but these are the best I've ever had. I'm from Michigan where we have plenty of cider mills who also serve donuts. I feel very confident in my opinion of this donut shop. They are made fresh every day and you can watch them come off the belt, into the shaker and then watch the employees glaze and top each one. Simply delicious! 😋

I love duck donuts! They have so many options to choose from!! Made fresh in front of you, you have to eat the right away because they're just that good! A must when traveling to the East coast. Hope to see more locations in the Midwest:)
Delicious! We stopped on our way home from Hilton Head Island. It didn't disappoint. The staff was amazing. They gave us fresh hot donuts as we waited. Donuts were delicious and made to order. We will be back.
We ordered a dozen of donuts online. The process was easy and it was all ready when I went to pick it up! The donuts were good as usual.
Awesome! Best donuts anywhere. Fresh and warm but great left over after a quick spin in the microwave. The owner and his mom are great people and very welcoming. Hospitality off the charts which makes me want to go back. Great product and great people; what else do you need?
I highly recommend this!!! Not only is the quality of the food top notch the service was even better!! The GM had a huge smile on his face the whole time we were there and went out of his way to accommodate every single person that walked in the door! They were so nice! Best place!
