Great food and coffee in a cute and cozy environment. Staff was friendly and even the bathroom smelled good. Must stop by especially if you like vegan/veggie options.
Give this place a try for breakfast! Great outdoor patio space with a view of the water. Easily walkable. And quite possible the best biscuit I’ve ever eaten.
NOT EVERYTHING IS VEGETARIAN!! The description say veg but it’s just got veg options. Everyone working there was very nice and the food was tasty, but I did go expecting something different
Always get there late all the great pastries are gone. But settled for an oatmeal raisin cookie with my tuna melt sandwich. Both were delicious
Food, atmosphere and service were so good! It felt like being at someone's house. It was just comfortable and easy to relax and eat there! Great vegan and vegetarian options!!
Absolutely spectacular. Excellent business model, the staff are amazing and the food is tremendous. There is so much attention to detail and care that goes into the product. You will not be disappointed, but delighted.
Cool cafe in Beaufort. Lots of sweet and savoury treats. Indoor and outside seating. Delicious breakfast burrito. Coffee was ok (too much milk for my taste).
Fantastic coffee place with great atmosphere and wide array of healthy, savory, and sweet food option; for example, savory croissants (spinach feta, ham and cheese) and pecan rolls, bourbon cinnamon roll. Lunch options (eg tuna salads, and much more).
Everything i ordered was too sweet for my taste. The service was excellent and the outdoor seating is wonderful.
This is hands down the best place to eat in Beaufort. If you want high quality, creative, well executed, clean, and healthy food, there is no competition. The people are CONSISTENTLY friendly, professional, helpful and warm. Whenever I feel like a need a mood booster, something nutritious, cruelty free, Herbal Market is a no brainer. I love, love their vegan chocolate chip cookies and their beetroot chocolate cupcakes are outrageously rich and heavenly. Each special they concoct sends me to the moon and back. The vegan taco salad, the vegan BLT both taste like the real deal...I just had their sumptuous Brussel sprouts special which was so good, words won't do. Herban Market THANK YOU. You do Beaufort proud, you do your best and it shows; your food sings with positive energy!
This place is phenomenal! Their pastries are exquisite, and their food is amazing. I bring all my Real Estate clients here for lunch. Herban Market is run by a professional staff that are passionate about the food they bring to the table. My #1 Go-to!

My Friday stop on my way to work! Fresh ingredients, scrumptious pastries, delicious coffees, teas, and smoothies- and you can feel good about it. If you have the time, sit outside and enjoy the view with a latte and a sandwich. They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options too.
Coffee was good the vegan BLT and vegetarian burger where not very good. Staff is nice.
Food was good, nice variety on the menu with plenty of gluten-free options. I enjoyed the veggie burger on a gf wrap. Service was very slow. It didn’t seem to be a staffing issue as I counted 6 people behind the counter, but only two of them working on preparing food. Worth going if you have dietary requirements and aren’t in a hurry.
Do come here if you want good food and a wonderful spot a half mile from central shopping district in Beaufort! My first time here and I will be back. I had the breakfast croissant, that baked and prepared on prem.
The place's description and some photos made it seem like a grab-n-go prepared food type of place, but it's far from it... This is a fantastic cafe & restaurant with exquisitely fresh and delicious vegan options, baked goods, cold and warm drinks.. if you are in the area, THIS is where you want to eat!
I happened to be in Beaufort and found this market. Gluten free deliciousness. I had the Herban Zen Iced Tea. The turmeric, black pepper, ginger combination was delightful. For lunch, I had the tuna salad and to top it all off I had an avocado brownie. I splurged, but it’s not often I get to eat dessert. The staff was great and helpful. I sat outside with a view of the water. I will be back next time I have a moment to myself.
Visited for the first time and I enjoyed my experience and food here! They have a huge selection of vegan and gluten free food AND dessert options. Very clean and vibrant restaurant. The employees were extremely helpful! I WILL be returning.
Always a great place to have a meal or just a cup of coffee. Beautiful view of the Beaufort River too!
