The iced latte was amazing. They use the coffee ice cubes which tasted so good. The pastries (we had the coffee cake) were so good. Close to the visitor center.

This quaint little coffee shop in the Heart of Downtown Beaufort. If you l9ve coffee, you will live City Java's selection of delicious coffees. I chose to go with the Oku Mountain Ebony because I love dark, rich coffee, but the others were quite delicious as well. The owner was so friendly! She was so helpful in suggesting local favorites.

Had breakfast here on 5/16 and 5/17 2023. Used my coupons from City Loft Hotel. The pastries were wonderful! I am not a big coffee drinker so I don't know about the coffee.

Coffee time! I was here at 6:30am and the gal behind the counter was dishing up coffee and pastries for locals and hotel guests. There are a couple small tables inside so it's possible to spend some laptop time here but it's not idea for more than an hour or two as it's not really laid out as a "coworking" space. Coffee was excellent and the wifi worked well.

If you want a latte that is not over sweet and has a unique flavor option, this was a great find for us. No food options were tried, so this review is strictly on the fact that we found a parking spot, had a smiling barista and a fabulous coffee. I did not have to ask for fewer pumps of sweetener, and I was shocked it was perfect! Location is great to walk around with your coffee to find the next shop or sit down breakfast.

I have been meaning to write this review for a good while. This place is my personal moment of bliss. After leaving Austin, Texas, I have had a hard time having that same connection in previous coffee shops I would frequent. This one has changed the game for me. I enjoy having my morning and afternoon walks to visit City Java. I haven't had a poor experience with with anyone who has made my drinks and I know I am extra with my coffee :D COVID made our lives a lot harder, but these guys take time to also take care of their guests and have a great attitude. Thank you so much. You are officially my favorite coffee shop here in Beaufort. I also highly recommend staying at the City Loft Hotel. I love the simplicity of the design, it's modern, but still has a southern comfort to it. The bathtub was my favorite!

Quaint and relaxed is what this place offers. We had our coffee outside, which was lovely. Had seasonal Pumpkin Spice latte and a Black Forest.

Walked all the way across town to get coffee. Showed up at 715. Says they close at 8. Doors were locked. Not good.

Excellent little coffee spot. Pretty big selection of Hot, Iced and Frozen coffees. It is right in the downtown area so parking is not the best, but perfect for a coffee shop to stop at during a morning walk.

Excellent coffee all the time, it's my go-to for a quick cup on the go and a sanctuary from the heat on steamy days.

Great neighborhood spot. Fair and reasonable prices compared to others in town. They also have a great selection of French and imported wines in the back which is so cool if you live locally.

I visit this place all the time and the customer service is usually awesome. Another young lady started working a couple of weeks ago and she is often. She could not understand how to make my coffee and seemed to stare at me with an un willingness to serve me. I got my coffee and it was awful. I will go back because I love this place but not while she is working.

Absolute best coffee we had on our recent trip by far! Could not really find a good iced coffee during our trip until the last day of our stay when we stumbled upon this little shop while walking around on Sunday morning. I was so thankful to get a delicious coffee! The place was so adorable inside too! The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly! I'm glad we know this shop is there now - just wish we would have found it on day 1! :) We love local shops like this one!
