I love all the blended rebels drinks and frost
used to frequent until news about casino broke, now it's your usual corporatized coffee shop. i last got coffee here about a week ago, their coffee tasted burnt and bitter and their rebels are way over-syruped, like cough medicine. i stopped supporting dutch bros entirely, the only positive side is the point system in their app where enough points gets you a free drink, but i have yet to see a coffee spot without some sort of similar system. haven't heard great things about management here, either. just a lame company with average drinks anymore, especially known for randomly hiking their drink prices.

Very sweet young man who was outside to take our orders. He made several suggestions which turned out amazing. The drive thru is kinda little and cozy and everyone was super friendly. Very fast and thorough service

I'm not from the area and thought it would a nice early morning wake up... However, Barista did not wash her hands after handling trash. I refused to take my order until after she washed her hands. She didn't wash her hands, wiped them on the countertop rag. Now that's contaminated too with germs transfered from the trash bag. Nasty. Turns and continues to make drinks for other guests and whipes the nozzles with the same rag. Nasty. NASTY. plus they made my order wrong and then refused to replace with proper sanitization standards nor refund my money. Won't be back.

Not everyone can tell when you don't make their drink how they ask when you're busy and trying to push everyone through, but I'm sure enough people notice and most of the people won't say anything, they just won't come back. I've asked for a specific drink every time I go here and have received not what I ordered enough times that I won't be back. It's very disappointing when you're expecting strong coffee and you just get hot milk.
Good cup of coffee. Always have a Dutch Bros when I visit Oregon.
