The staff here is absolutely lovely! The choice is even better. Beautiful little shop with excellent service and prices. I adore the warm, happy atmosphere.
The workers are incredibly nice and make fantastic coffee. All of the food and coffees are delicious and It's decorated gorgeously. The upstairs is a great cozy place to sit and read definitely recommend coming here if you havent
The best cappucino, service, staff is awesome friendly. And...the jalapeno bagel with bacon, egg and cheese is to die for.

Best coffee shop in town. They are so friendly and welcoming. I have spent so much time there working and they NEVER make you feel presured to leave. They have a great upstairs space go hang out.

This is literally the best coffee house I have ever been to. I love the owners. They are so sweet and very good at what they do. They always accommodate everyone that walks through the door to be sure they get just what they want. They have so many plant based milk options along with specialty ingredients that include beet root, turmeric and matcha just to name a few:) I love supporting a business with such friendly people running it who give back so much to the community. If you’re in Lebanon, be sure to check them out! I’ve attached a picture of my oat milk latte and my daughter’s blue spirulina lemonade. Don’t mind the latte not being full. I had to have a sip first! Lol
Genuinely nice people who love coffee. Very knowledgeable about what they are serving. They have created a very nice atmosphere in their small shop, warm, home-y and modern. Highly recommended.
I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops in a lot of places, and Mugs is easily one of the greatest coffee shops I’ve ever been to. The coffee is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the art and decor give it a cheery and funky vibe. My coffee was a high-quality roast, my wife’s latte was perfectly sweetened with a house-made lavender syrup, and m daughter’s berry bagel was perfectly sweetened and toasted. In addition to the cool art and furnishings, they feature a collection of games, including a tabletop air hockey table that kept us entertained for quite a while! If I lived in the area, I would be here every day! Can’t wait to go back!
We had a great experience at Mugs Coffee House. The two staff that served us were super friendly, from the moment we entered they had smiling faces, were helpful with suggestions, were able to cater to our kiddos, but even more importantly the food and drinks we purchases were delicious. The locations is pretty great, too, a well designed section of an old JC Penny building, with plenty of well-lit seating both on the main floor and upstairs. I highly recommend paying Mugs a visit.

Friendly cheerful staff always welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is super relaxing and uplifting, lots of plants to look at while you wait for your drink. Lots of drink options and some quick brunch/ lunch options. Also sell beer cider and other non alcoholic beverages. Free wifi, street parking and lots of places to sit and chill. Best drinks in town.

Service = top notch. Atmosphere = clean, comfortable, nice to look at. Coffee = so tasty. They mentioned it's about half as sweet as some other places and it definitely is in the best kind of way 🤤

Spent time working upstairs while visiting our son. Great open space for work and relaxing. Had the House Coffee (double shot) and Bagel w/ Cream Cheese … fresh and flavorful.
