They seem to make better drinks here than the 185th location, but the lines are always massive and the employees chattiness slows things down. One of the few that has an indoor space, but they also blast the music at dangerous volumes, so you have to yell your order and plug your ears while you wait 25 minutes for a drink.
Great service overall. For those who are new, the menu is huge, and they are more than happy to help you narrow down what you might like.
Don't go there and go inside because all the people that should be working inside or out. Working the walk-up drive through if that's what you want to call it. Very unprofessional. Took 20 minutes to get my drink after walking inside because there was nobody to help me. Odd it won't be going back there. Sorry. Dutch Brothers have changed so much that I don't think it's worth coming to your establishment any longer
The staff are upbeat and friendly. The drive thru moves efficiently. Depending on the time of day, there can be a bit of a line, but all in all not too bad.

Really unfriendly and kept us waiting. We stayed in the drive through line 15 minutes so she could talk to her friend in the car ahead of us. Then she never apologized. Other locations are so much better.
Extremely poor customer service, and very slow, the woman working at the drive-through didn’t seem to care about customers at all.
The beverages we got were good. We liked the classic rock music playing but it was painfully loud. We couldn't drink our beverage inside because of it. There was plenty of indoor seating, but nothing outside. The menu displays only show a partial menu. We had to use our phones to see the full menu. Plenty of free paved parking. There was a line for the drive through but no line inside. Staff was friendly and attentive.
They are good, but unfortunately very high rated.
Loved the vibe but the coffee wasn't upto the mark! Ordered cappuccino, white chocolate mocha. Friendly staff but the service was pretty slow for us.

I love this stand. That are always happy to serve, and they make great coffee.
What a disgusting coffee they make in this place, the truth is, apart from the fact that they take time to make the coffees, they make it very ornate without sugar and apart from that they want tips

They're almost always happy. Who doesn't love happiness when you're getting your favorite drink? Update: It's still happy people serving delicious drinks. Update Oct 21, 2022: Still good service with good drinks.
Very friendly staff and they're able to get you through the line extremely quickly. However I repeatedly have issues with getting my order correct but I've never had an issue as long as you don't ask for anything extra.
