Unicorn and Rainbows is literally the best coffee I have ever had. Not just of this roastery; it is my favorite full stop. They just do whole bean, but I've fully committed now and I won't be going back. I went a few months without recently and could have cried when my delivery came in! Tim is also a great guy, super passionate about his coffee.
This coffee is seriously the best. Everything I have tried has been great, but my latest favorite is the Haiti Blue. I wish I had more eloquent words to describe the aroma and taste, but suffice to say it made my morning super happy. It was also fun to chat with Tim at the market in The Couve. I’m so glad he treks all the way up to Salmon Creek to share the happy!
I genuinely can't express how grateful I am for BCR's PANIC! buy option. I love BCR coffee and found them at a local farmer's market, but as a disabled person, it's not always easy or possible for me to get back there. They do regular shipping as well (which I hope to use in the future), but that door delivery made shopping local accessible to me even in a pinch and this means a lot to me. Also thank you to the owner, Tim, for calling with a detailed heads-up and being so kind for the drop-off, I'll be shopping BCR for my regular coffee needs for a while.

Blind Coffee Roasters has the best coffee! Tim and the team are wonderful and knowledgeable about all coffee processes (roasting, all brewing methods, all types of beans, etc). The coffee subscriptions keep us supplied with the best coffee all month long! We have loved every roast we have had... and I think over the past year we have tried them all.
I met BCR at a pop up within the NW Kitchen Kaboodle store many years ago. I’ve been purchasing the monthly subscription since 2020 and what a great idea that was! We always have fantastic coffee blends, and Tim accommodates our (extra bags needed this month) requests / likes / loves into each months’ delivery! Couldn’t ask for better service and a friendly smile! Thanks so much for this excellent coffee!

Tim and his wife Holly are such good people with a great love and passion for coffee. They spare no expense in their personalized customer service where Tim’s vast knowledge of coffee beans and roasting is on full display. Humble, kind, helpful....are just a few words I’d use to describe Tim and their coffee is OUT-OF-THIS WORLD fresh and flavorful. I love their Bon Mua Vietnamese coffee for its low acid content which helps me with GERD. Try their coffee, it’s responsibly source, incredibly fresh, reasonably priced, and you’ll never want to get coffee anywhere else ever again!
Over the course of the last year, I have taken it upon myself to try as many of the local roasters Portland has to offer that I can. I came across Blind and Tim because of a connection with the Timbers and although, from time to time, I like to try different coffees and support other roasters, Blind is by far my favorite. I'm currently drinking Nic of Time on recommendation from Tim and it is FANTASTIC. PLEASE, if you like coffee, go find them at a farmer's market and tell them what you like... They will give you a great suggestion and excellent deal. Have I also mentioned the prices beat most roasters in the city? Run don't walk... And try the Columbia Sano, but not all of it because I'm out and need to order more. I will be sending Blind Coffee to all of my coffee-drinking friends across the country for the holidays.

This my first Google review. I just had a quick question before placing my order and sent an email to BCR. I was going to be more than happy to receive the email reply so I could get my coffee ordered. Well, I did not receive an email, but a personal phone call from Tim. I live almost as far away from Oregon, as possible, in the USA. An email would have been great, but Tim took the time to personally call. Already a fan and soon to be loyal customer... And I haven't even had a chance to taste this (what I am assuming will be) wonderful coffee.
Excellent coffee with equally as great service. I have ordered from BCR several times now and every time Tim has personally delivered the coffee within 6 hours of me placing the order. He was also great about working with me to find a coffee I would like when they ran out of the one I had ordered. It’s an easy choice to go with BCR for all my coffee from here on out.

Since starting to drink almost exclusively Blind Coffee over 5 years ago, I have truly enjoyed every cup! It has been fun seeing the growth of the company which is rooted in quality coffee and sound customer service. Bravo!
