As always I can't stay away from Dutch Bros the employees are getting better with remembering there regulars its always a wonderful experience tor me when I come by and "my girls" as I call them call my name and start rattling off my oder sending Dutch love out to ( haley,caylee,and Sadiee) and the rest I'll know you too ❤💙♥💜💕
It's very upbeat and the workers are great!
Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They have always gone above and beyond, sure it may be a weird location to get to and through but they are now part of a tradition and they are always so great! Can't wait to visit again the next time I'm out there.
Always a good thing ,when we're in town
First time we ever had a negative experience at Dutch Bros. We were towing our travel trailer and didn’t want to knock the roof off. My wife got in the car line, and the guy in line looked at her and went to the other side of the shack without greeting her. She walked to the other side to order and he said she can wait in line behind all the other cars (that pulled up after she was already waiting). There was no walk up window so she finally ordered and they made everyone’s drinks but ours. They were sure to ask if the auto tip was fine though. We won’t be stopping at this Dutch Bros again.

Excellent service. Yet the coffee tasted more like hot cocoa
Ordered a large cinnamon tea with 2 oz of honey. The barista was rude, and didn't listen. I told her I needed to look at the cups to decide which size I wanted and she acted like it was a HUGE problem to show me. The "tea" didn't taste of cinnamon despite her having put two tea bags in it (without any indication of the type of tea on the tab) and supposedly 2OZ of honey. $2.95 for hot flavorless water and bad attitude. Never again.

the employees do treat their customers well and are definitely very friendly, and dont get me wrong the drinks are good, BUT it seems they mess up a lot. Past 3 times I went ive gotten it wrong. Today I got a small carmelizer with no whip and extra caramel and they gave me a medium with whip and no extra caramel. i was in a rush when they told me they accidentally made me a medium so i said it was okay, but i ended up wasting it. Usually they make up for it so id say its worth it but if you dont have time for them to remake your drink, stick with starbucks or something.

My mom and I came to the Astoria Dutch bros on my birthday today and I got my free drink and my mom got the chocolate banana nitro drink, which the seaside locations makes for her every day and the barista was very rude and kept rolling her eyes at my mom and ignoring her, and when my mom corrected her on the size of the cup, which she made in a medium not a large, she got snooty and when my mom got her drink, there was no flavor at all. It was just coffee with cream. Tastes awful. So we took it back and got a refund and she tries to short my mom by a dollar Very ridiculous, won’t be coming back
Can people be overly happy and too enthusiastic? Maybe not, but I don't wanna have a full on convo while I'm trying to get my coffee. Good coffee.

I am giving this place 4 stars because they make really good drinks and I love the vibe this place has its definitely a teenage hang out spot would always come here before school I just wish they hired staff who weren't stuck up all the time

Dutch Bros is consistently good everywhere. This location was no different! Friendly staff and an oat milk kicker made it a pleasant experience!
