I am mad! This cute Astoria store sells the best gooey butter cakes I have ever had. And I’m from St. Louis… Where the gloriousness of gooey butter was born! This store is truly magic.
Thw gluten free treats are delicious! Stopped in to pick up for my mother who has celiac. I ended up trying some myself and could not tell a difference from baked good that have gluten. I find gluten free to usually have a weird texture but not these! Will have to come back and try some other goodies soon!
Stopped in to sit and get some coffee. They didn't have what I wanted but offered me something equivalent. Decor is cute. :) Friendly little local coffee shop with scary (but cute) spiral stairs!
I am slightly OBSESSED with this shop! Amazing vibe and decor! Adorable items for sale, along with some very cool vintage books and health products. Great coffee, tea selection and gluten free treats that were DELICIOUS! Swooped up a few of the pine/cotton candy candles as Valentine's gifts for my adult kiddos and they loved them! Also purchased some CBD tinctures and plan to order the Liposomal Vitamin C from their website ASAP. We will definitely be back next time we're in Astoria and wish we had a shop like this in Salem, OR!
Cute little gluten free snacks! As well as cbd honey and tea by the pot! The gift shop under the coffee shop is warm and friendly.
Wonderful teas and drinks, gluten-free sweets and treats, beautiful atmosphere, and friendly faces! Absolutely worth stopping in every chance you get (:
I visited from Seattle. The shop is charming, warmly decorated, and even funny with ubiquitous swear words on the merchandise. I got a vial of CBD tincture that I’m enjoying. The person behind the counter was super pleasant and helpful. I know where to visit next time I’m in Astoria!

I have been using the LVC - Liposomal Vitamin C for almost a year now. It has given me more energy and I was healthy all winter long, even while being around people who were sick! I love this stuff! I am looking forward to trying the CBD and other health supplements! I trust this company!

This is a great place to visit if you are interested in good health. I've used the LVC and CBD products. LVC is great because being liposomal it is more easily absorbed into your body. Lot's of great gift ideas too.
Kits is the go to for all my help and wellness products! LVC helps with my allergies and has helped me fight off all the colds and nasty bugs for the past year. My seasonal allergies have been pretty bad lately, but I know it’s because I ran out of LVC and have not had a chance to pick any up! So I'm a skeptic but one who does dabble in some non-traditional healing, Kit's approach is so well-researched, and so down-to-earth that it settles the skeptical part of my mind. She's done the research I would do. Often with alternative health and wellness options, the conversation begins to tilt so far away from the scientific method that I get scared. No fear here - just real talk and offers to test and try. I started using the LVC to detox and get myself off the horrible energy drink habit, and although I felt horribly guilty the first few days taking my shot of LVC THEN an energy drink, you know what, I'm two weeks in and I'm not using energy drinks anymore. I do feel better. I do have more energy and I think you'll find that you can have these great experimental conversations with Kit and her staff in a shop that has a warm openness to it that adds comfort and ease to your shopping experience. I'm looking forward to trying many of their other products and services.
Such a lovely shop, the new location is super accessible too. Kit’s Apothecary is literally a one stop shop. If you need lotions, body bars, CBD items, health/wellness, health coaching, and so forth. This place definitely has it! Plus the owner is a super kind gal, always has a smile on her face and eager to help you. If you’re in the area, stop in!
I’ve been taking Kit’s Liposomal Vitamin C (LVC) for over 2 years. My energy and general health have been consistently great while using it! I’ve also been able to stop taking anything else for seasonal allergies. And I love the added bonus of the sunflower lecithin in it while breastfeeding. I haven’t had a single clogged milk duct since I started taking it again after having my baby. Thank you Kit! Love you and all of your products.

I have been purchasing my LVC and CBD products from Kit for over a year now. I have several health conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Migraines.
