Nice roaster. Needed fresh roasted coffee and filters for aero press. One bag of coffee was a month old which I feel should have been taken off shelf or on sale. To finish, the coffee that was current was roasted correctly. Often hard to find a light roast. This is a good roaster and I would definitely buy coffee here again.
Amazing drip coffee for cheap, I am very excited for their cafe to open for their espresso!
Staff super helpful with my questions. Not much there to besides a few chairs (& roasting equipment). Stop by and support the local roaster.
I haven't been in there since 3 cups sold. I hear their coffee is good, but I'm waiting to see if they open for dine in.
I wish that they opened earlier as they are simply the best!
Fantastic people and amazing coffee!
Love this coffee! Now they have an app.
Great coffee and service
Good coffee. I wish they stayed out of the political messages. Just embrace the coffee and the service without pushing any kind of political message.
Got to take a class on the proper way to make latte's. It was a really good class and fun too
Not really what I was expecting. Only had 2 types of coffee to try. The samples I tried had so much cream added to them the coffee was non existent. Just brewed the Thundermuck at home at it wasn't anything special.
Great quality roasts, and friendly staff to walk you through taste profiles for buying your beans for home use. Good selection. My bag was $14 for 12oz, similar to higher end grocery stores, but all the $$ goes to the roaster 🤠
Super friendly coffee fanatics. They generously let me do an emergency VC at a quiet table and then humored me with info about their beans. I bought two bags and just pulled a great shot with the Ethiopian Jibicho. 18 g in 40 gm out in 66 sec with a 5 sec preinfusion at 202F. That is a really long time but the flavors nailed peach and tea with wonderful clarity and no bitterness. Thank you for the opportunity to make your great coffee.
Exceptional coffee, exceptional local ownership, exceptional love of coffee. I go out of my way to get these coffee beans for my everyday cuppa and for the office and for my friends and for my extended family and for my neighbors and for other people who I meet and for anyone who drinks coffee and for anyone who wants to try it 🤣 Johnny Tsunami and Yes! roasts are my 2 favs but Thundermuck is what it's known for and it's a dark dark roast that is beloved for good reason! They're spot-on delectible for every level of roast you prefer! Absolutely delicious and not burnt! Num Num-maste 🤤
Super fresh and top quality coffee beans, my favorite blend is the Fishers and Fallers as a morning latte. They have good prices on coffee gear too, I got a digital scale and vacuum sealed storage jar for beans as well. They have plenty of parking and dropping in to get beans is always quick and easy. They do brewed coffee as well if you need some to go.
Such good coffee! Bags of beans extremely reasonably priced ($13.50 for single origin). They sell good coffee gear and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will stop again next time we go through Astoria.
Amazing beans, amazing coffee, amazing people. 10/10 would come back for that go go juice.
Really excellent coffee. Good quality and excellent roasting. Easy to find flavorful light roasts. Tbh I was initially surprised how good it is!
Great Roastery to visit, nice variety of beans and amazing staff! Worth the visit
Very nice shop. Coffee beans must be good because they had low inventory of all fresh roasted beans. Ethiopia coffee was excellent.
