I’ve never stopped in when I’ve been too Astoria before but I will definitely have too give it a go with my next visit since I love coffee and now know that it’s a coffee shop. In the movie the Goonies, this same building was used as a convenience store in a deleted scene. It’s also the business that is seen right behind the character Rosalita who is standing in crosswalk with an umbrella during the police chase. The Goonies house is just a couple blocks away on 38th and Duane Street. Please be respectful of both properties. Only we can all save the goondocks for future generations.
Stopped by here while checking out Goonies sites. People we’re really nice and answered all our questions. They were roasting coffee while we were in there. Was cool to see in action. Got some Goondocs blend to take home.
Very very good coffee.
These guys are never open when you want to have coffee. They open at 10 am on Tuesday. They are closed on Sunday at 1:45pm. This is the second time I have tried to go here. They should be taken off the map.

Great coffee and AMAZING guidance on what to do in the area. The owners were kind and generous with their recommendations for Astoria and nearby, their selection of gifts was well curated (so excited about my new cookbook), and the coffee was well priced and delicious. Highly recommend
Great coffee and service. Friendly owner/operators. We purchased both drinks and coffee beans, plus a great looking hoodie. Just down the street from the Goonie House. Highly recommend.

I am a macchiato fiend and this place handed me an absolutely perfect one in moments. Also love the store and picked up a couple of great locally made items. I live nearby but if you have to make a trek to get here - it is worth it. (AND if I run out of coffee, they have an outdoor vending machine which is just awesome).
We came all the way out here to get a cup of coffee but they're not serving at this time :( It looks like a great source to get beans. We'll try again later and will update my review.
This coffee shop is really amazing, they have many different types to choose from! They also sell many types of teas and chocolate. We spoke with the owner and he's a very kind gentleman, he is very knowledgeable about coffee and gave me some great tips for brewing my new tea! Highly recommend giving this shop a visit.
