A little slow nice and professional

There are a couple of these in town I prefer this one love the young ladies that work there they're fast courteous and kind and no their customers

I absolutely love my daytime baristas here at the south Ashland location. Always know my name and order. But the night crew... Needs to step their game up. I was in line today 3/8/23 for 15 minutes waiting on one drink, just for it to be the wrong drink. When at the window the girl who took my order proceeded to stand and talk to the girl making the other windows drinks instead of starting her own window. Once she did start it she walked away to the other window to start taking orders and money. Then the girl originally working the other window finishes mine. I got in like at 15 after 3 and didn't get out of like till 35 after. Again for it not be what I ordered. super disappointed. And probably won't ever come back after 1 pm
The baristas are always cheerful, fast and efficient. My favorite place to go.
Bad customer service. Complained about my coffee tasting burnt and there was coffee grounds in it. Asked if she could make it again. She gives me addatude. Never coming back.
Worst dutch bros in the valley
The gal was honestly pretty slow for how fast they usually are at other locations.
Never found a Dutch that gets less then a 5, but they need to start having normal marshmallow flavor, chocolate macadamia is not a substitute for that lol
I was just in yesterday morning little after 9 best experience of my life don’t no the lady’s name that took my order she had a nose ring we had a great convo supper friendly told her I was up from California and that my birthday is Sunday doing shopping wanted to get her name but I’m shy but the best experience best customer service I will definitely be back thank u guys

I wish they served more food items but their muffin tops are delicious. There is no better coffee in my opinion. So many choices and a wonderful staff that always makes my day. I visit here several times a week.
I enjoy getting drinks at the south Ashland DB. The ladies there are always so nice and they remember me and my drinks. They are also super sweet with my baby boy.
