Great third wave coffee shop and roastery. They have single origin coffee from many parts of the world. A must stop for coffee when in Ashland.

I found this sweet cozy coffeehouse just in the nick of time as it started snowing as I was taking in the adorable little boutiques in Ashland. I asked the barista’s to make me something special as it was my 1st time visiting their coffee shop and feeling like getting warm & cozy. I was greeted with a warm welcome and yummy coffee and pastries.

Great high quality coffee, very friendly staff and good vibe there. My only complaint is that for a place that's designed to sit and relax in, their chairs are wildly uncomfortable. They do have 2 couches which are nice if you can snag them!

Coffee house that makes you feel like a kid again! Although, not because of the coffee. Did they source their tables from a grade school going out of business or something?

Best cup of coffee I’ve had in Ashland! Buying beans as gifts for Christmas!! 🎄

First, customer service was amazing. Super friendly staff that was really helpful since I'm not a "fancy" coffee drinker and had some questions about the menu. I ordered the masala chai with a blackberry scone, and my boyfriend had a black coffee with a chocolate croissant. Everything was absolutely delicious! Was it expensive? Yes. But I'd rather pay the extra $1-$2 for a really high quality drink and pastry than something subpar. I loved the ambiance and vibes! It was cozy and modern. Would definitely come back!

I don’t think Noble needs another 5 star review but I can’t help rave about this perfection of a coffee shop. Friendly staff. Beautiful large indoor space for lounging, chatting, studying, reading, but most importantly the COFFEE!! So delicious. Third wave. I always buy a bag of beans to bring home too. Being from LA, I’m spoiled with coffee shop options, and I never skip Noble when I’m in Oregon. Gah, even the pastries are incredible! If you’re near Ashland, go go go!

Love the house tonic and the ability to get it in a growler. The workers were also super friendly and happy to help.

While a tad bit spendy, the macchiato was perfection - balanced with a rich hint of chocolate!

This is actually one of the best tasting coffee shops in Ashland, and that's a tough place to compete. I always buy a box of day old pastries for a cool 4$, and a coffee to go. Not a bad price unless you have like 10 kids! The baristas are fantastic especially this tall, short haired blonde guy named Aydin, he's OODLES of fun! The only complaint I could think of is that this isn't a chain all over the world by now :(

I’m a long time customer, and love your coffee and the staff! However, $6 is a lot! I go to a kiosk in Talent that charges $4.50 for an organic latte, that’s very very good. Wish your price hadn’t gone up so much.

Delicious single origin and world tour espresso. Homemade pastries. The server was very sweet giving plenty of information to make delicious choices.

Straight forward, unpresumptuous service of a tasty, spicy dirty chai in a cool, shaded environment with room to stretch out ....the way it should be

The coffee was good and the service was great. The pastries were terrible. The poppyseed scone was flavorless and soggy. The chocolate croissant was tough and also flavorless. Not only were the pastries very expensive they go down as the worse I have ever eaten. I feel terrible about giving such a review, but both of us agreed. I wonder if they left out the butter and other essential ingredients or were trying to make some healthy version that went wrong?

Pretty cool little coffee shop. Quite charming and inviting atmosphere. They forgot my coffee but were quick at making it once I alerted staff. Espresso was much brighter then I’m used to for a “normal” Iced Americano. Flavor was good, just a little thin on the shots. Comfy leather rocking chairs👌🏻

Best iced oat milk latte in town. If you like your coffee really burnt tasting, kind of like a mix of a rubber fire and tobacco, you may have a hard time here. I suggest the World Tour if you like dark roasts. They are trained coffee experts and are always happy to give recommendations, reminds me of going to sushi in Japan. The sushi chef tells you what to order and how to eat it. I was always happy I listened. If you are more of an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet person, this place is not for you. They often sell day old bakery items in mystery boxes at a nice discount.
