Ordered a hot Carmel latte. It was good, not great. Overall service was good considering how busy they were. Definite four star location. Could be 5 with a few tweaks.
My all time favorite place. I go to this store everyday. They never forget to make my fur babies happy with a pup cup ! Staff is always friendly and fast ! This biggby is the best coffee in town ! I drive 30 mins everyday just to get my coffee from them ! Thank you all for your amazing service every time !
This biggby location is not as friendly as other ones I've been to. They do not offer a military discount, when it's only females working there's much less focus on the customer and much more focus about going to the back and checking their phone. Also if they don't have staffing they will just decide to close lobby and they won't put up a sign or put any notice anywhere that it's drive-thru only.... That's not a big deal except when you want to go to this place and the people don't talk to you or treat you nicely. And the drive-thru is 15 cars long so you don't want to wait and be late for work.... It just would have been nice to have some communication if they're going to make changes to the consistency because of issues that are foreseeable. If you only have three people staffed you should expect that one might call off. So you need to have a game plan for two people to run the restaurant. Otherwise you need to have a minimum staff of four people so that when one accidentally calls off the other three can still run the restaurant at full capacity so lobby can be open.... Overall, I hate to say it, but because of the morale with current staffing only some of the days you're going to have good experiences. I wouldn't spend my money at this location but a straight white man's opinion, especially when talking about other genders is often frowned upon. So take this with a grain of salt like everything else.

I always order my drinks "kids temp" because I drive a lot and want to drink it now, not when it's super hot. They didn't even try to make it warm and didn't give me a heat shield. The cup was super hot. It's not that difficult! The drink itself was great but if a customer wants it warm, that's kind of a big deal to mess up.

We were lucky enough to get there when they had fall flavors out. Their caramel apple frozen drink tastes like it could have actually had apples in it. The pumpkin spice had a little more spice than pumpkin but still tasted good. Their blood moon drink had a surprising amount of carbonation. For how busy they were on a Saturday morning, they were actually pretty fast with their service, and we went through the drive through. Their menu could be a little simpler but I’m glad they had enough diversity in their selection for our non coffee drinkers in the car.
This place has the worst coffee. I have gone a few times now and tried a variety of things, and all of it has been undrinkable. I've tried their hot chocolate as well, and though that was drinkable it was still watery and not great. It is also quite pricey.

Figured while Dashing would give it a shot! Why not what could it hurt? We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frozen drink. Oh my goodness. IT IS SO GOOD!! I swear it's made with fresh strawberries or something it has the literal taste of a freshly smashed strawberry in it. It is delicious. We normally don't like to try things at coffee places since neither of us drink coffee but 10 outta 10 will be back. The staff was very friendly also!
Great coffee and drinks. Guy at the drive-thru is polite and always seems happy.
So it's not bad coffee but I paid 5 bucks for 2 small iced coffees in tiny cups, that's my only issue its overpriced coffee not bad but not worth 2.99 for a small.
Love this place, love seeing Emma there when she is working!
Always busy! I enjoy the selection but can be pricey! Good place to treat yourself once in a while!
