It seems like they have issues keeping people because most of the workers take a long time to make the drink smh.
Always nice to have a good coffee while you shop.
The coffee was half foam (frothy foam, not cold foam you’re suppose to drink) and tasted bitter and sour. The worker was mumbling AND had his AirPods in and took 10 min to make 2 drinks, he has to keep looking up the recipes and had no idea what he was doing… spent $5 and didn’t drink it because it was gross

I have been waiting 20 minutes now for two small chai lattes with almond milk. It has been a tragic experience watching the two employees try to navigate this order. At this point, I just want to leave.

I love it they have so many flavors but it would be nice if they had more flavors without nuts in them.
My barista hadn't made a vanilla cooler recently, so she got the store manual out to be sure she got it exactly right. It was delicious, of course. And this is the only Caribou left in the whole state of Ohio. Stay put, please! 💙🧋
