Always love my Caribou in the mid-morning
Everything simply fantastic. Must tey their Campfire Mocha and Turtle Mocha. If you don't like sweet coffee try dark chocolate. Tou gonna love it .

Definitely the Starbucks attitude here. I can't understand people selling you a $7.00 cup of coffee and acting like there doing you a favor.

I think this photo of bagel will fully explain my experience. Unfriendly customer service. They don’t know how to cut the bagel correctly. Unbelievable. Although I asked for if this was supposed to look like this. They answered with bad excuse “during this time of a day… blah blah blah.” Shut up. You guys are working under the well-known trusted brand. You were supposed to apologize first. They even can’t follow my order. I ordered latte with emphasized words “light ice.”Then it came with regular amount of ice. Have those employees stand on the line by themselves when they know where they are workin. Never coming back.
I came in for breakfast and coffee. Their food and coffee are great! Not only that, but the interior of the building makes you feel comfortable and roomy. The service was also very good. The employees were ready to take my order as soon as I walked up to the register and my order was ready by the time I finished my order. I definitely recommend this caribou compared to others I’ve been to.
Drive through very short and spills in to parking lot. Drive through line blocks parking.
The staff behind the counter were absolutely lovely. Made my hot chocolate to perfection and seemed to understand that I couldn't handle very hot drinks. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to add a little extra milk so I can drink my hot chocolate. Everybody was friendly and their little shop is cozy and welcoming. Kudos to the team working behind the counter.
Thank you for your amazing coffee. Some of the best Nitro cold pressed coffee around.
