Excellent service. Friendly, comfortable place. We sat outside. The food was good, the wine was perfect and Marilyn was great!

First time trying this restaurant and did not leave disappointed. Healthy food options were plentiful. Food delicious. Staff sweet and friendly. It's only been a matter of months and definitely will NOT be going back.Tables not cleared off timely and service not as good. Doesn't help that they appear to be constantly understaffed. Food hasn't been as tasty either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed eating here.

First, we are relatively new to the area. My wife has gone to Vine 10 times in the last 8 weeks and gotten take out orders. She has tipped 15% online every time. When she has picked up the food, she has been asked to sign a receipt for the food. The receipts allow for adding an additional gratuity. She explained to me that she has either has marked through the gratuity line every time before she signs or brought down the total without adding additional tip because she did not want to tip twice. Well, I just got through reviewing the email copies that automatically generated and sent to my wife and discovered that on EVERY single order, the gratuity was added TWICE, even though she marked through it on the receipt. I tried talking to the manager about this….granted, I did not have all of my facts straight when I talked to the manager, but in short, I was initially trying to give the restaurant at least SOME credit that my wife was adding the tip twice. Well anyway, when I was talking to the manager, she was absolutely the most ridiculously rude person I’ve ever spoken to…and I’m being serious. She would talk and I would listen quietly; however, when I started talking she would interrupt me over and over and over again. Never in my 57 year life have I had an experience like trying to talk to her. This note is primarily to the manager….you not only have personal conflict issues, but there is a serious issue you are having internally because the problem is far worse than I understood when I talked to you….extra tips have been added by your servers on literally every single take out order by my wife. I really could care less about the close to $40 of extra tips being inserted in her bills at this point. Keep it. We will never do business with you or your establishment again.

The food was delicious and so fresh. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked, and the mango and avocado were perfectly ripe. And you cannot beat the wine prices. Nothing but great things to say about the employees too. I will be back.

Flavorless and expensive. Tuna poke was suppose to come with avocado, which there was none. Tuna is a frozen product that you just thaw and serve. I know because I use to use that same product in my restaurant. Poke bowl should come with raw Tuna. Like I say bad flavor profile...very bland. I usually tip Togo order's but I like it to be at my discretion. Btw the restaurant industry has recovered, you're just saying Covid is your excuse for the extra cash flow for gratuity.

Great staff, they were very patient with us as our 1 yr old acted like he was in a music video. Great looking place as well, amazing lighting and very clean. Food was okay, fairly priced for the fact that everything is very fresh and healthy. We just honestly expected a little more flavor. It seemed that the food looked better than it tasted. It wasn't bad by any means. We will definitely eat here again and we're not local. Highly recommend the handsqueezed oj. Also ask questions about the items on the menu because several other customers ordered something and not everything was input on the menu. The staff were very apologetic as it was a rushed update to the menu and immediately corrected the problem.

My wife stopped by to pick up two sandwiches on $5 sandwich day. The sandwiches were brought home. There was 1/2 piece of bacon, 3 pieces of very small lettuce, and a small smear of avacado on one piece......very disappointed.

I’ve been here many times over the 6 months. The staff are really sweet. I was very excited to find a place that has vegan options in the area because there aren’t many. I’m sad to say that I won’t be going back. After giving this place a try several times I’ve come to conclusion that it’s just not run well. The food portions don’t make sense. The recipes are flavorless. I eat avocado toast every morning at home and it’s great. I use a good quality healthy bread, half an avocado sliced everything bagel seasoning, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and sometimes some hot sauce. At Vine they charge 11$ for avocado and just egg toast and the toast is smooshed and stale, the avocado is a spread with nothing on it and the just egg is scrambled on top with no seasoning. That’s not restaurant quality when it comes to the recipe. I think what they put care into is the smoothies and smoothie bowls. They would be a better business if they focused on that and didn’t do food. They are very slow. We waited an hour after ordering for 4 breakfast plates, one of them being a 2$ tiny cup of fruit and another being toast. These things just don’t take much time at all to prepare. While we waited on our food 3-4 staff walked in and out of the kitchen area doing nothing. Our waitress was helping 4 different tables and had to bring out our food in 2 trips. It’s just awful to go to a restaurant and expect food that is seasoned and prepared well and not get that. Probably doesn’t 50$ and absolutely still tipped well bc the server was hustling. Im really bummed the place just isn’t run with excellence.

This was our first visit, the server took forever to bring a menu and kept disappearing. The food came out 45 minutes later and was not even warm and not very good. There were only 2 other people in restaurant. We will not be returning

Can’t get enough of this place. I wish we had one in Austin! I was in town for work and ate here two days in a row because it’s just that good! The food is so fresh and delicious! I had the Jack fruit grilled cheese with a salad and blood orange vinaigrette (YUM!!) and also had the veggie wrap. The hummus and feta in the veggie wrap were so flavorful! I’m sad I can’t dine here every day but look forward to coming back again!

Staff was not welcoming and had no knowledge of what was in the smoothies and juices. When I inquired, I was just handed a menu. I decided on the Super Greens juice which states that “All of our juices are fresh-pressed & made to order using fresh fruit & veggies. No added sugars or hidden ingredients”. I was handed a bottle dated w/ todays date that was premade but states they are made to order. It was very good but however, due to the staff and then an automatic 15% gratuity for a premade to go juice, I will not go back. Perhaps if the gratuity had to be earned and determined by the customer then the staff would be friendlier and more attentive.

Searched for a dog friendly place for lunch and came across this quiet cafe. Everything looked really good on the menu. The place was very clean and not busy at all since I came after lunch. The ahi tuna wrap was tasty and the sriracha mayo wasn't hot at all but definitely complemented the ingredients very well. Since I had my two lady canines, I dined outdoors. The outside porch was covered almost completely which helped keep it dry and should very nice to have when summer rolls around.

This Cafe/Restaurant has a clean eating menu with bursting flavors. With GF, Vegan and dairy free customers leaving extremely pleased and those than can eat everything are pleasantly surprised and feel good about exploring the tasty healthy options. Few restaurants make me feel safe in my 'out to eat' food choices, being dairy free, and Vine does that. I hope they continue to grow, much like my favorite restaurant, The Green Elephant, where I was from in NH. I'm glad I found something near my new home!

The place is really well decorated without skimping on comfort. The food is fresh and tastes clean. The staff was accommodating to dietary restrictions. I'll grab a small bite here if I'm in the area.

I love the idea of a healthy option for food in town but I’ve never been impressed with anything I’ve eaten here. Atmosphere feels cold and the food is bland. The meat is severely over cooked on every meal I’ve ordered.

You force a 15% gratuity for take out orders?? A gratuity is supposed to be for great service. There was no service involved here other than running the cash register! What is the tip for?? This accounts to "I don't want to pay my employees so you do it." Just another greedy restaurant. The food is very overpriced anyway. Go somewhere else.
