Nice cozy place, tried the pecan coffee and it was very good 👍.
Just went here today with six other ladies for our weekly "Coffee Talk". The service was great. We received our coffees in timely manner and everyone enjoyed their drinks. A few ladies bought some bags to go. I had the bellatrix (dark roast) and a coffee cake muffin. It was so good I forgot to take pictures. We loved the decor and the place was quite comfortable. Very conducive to great conversation. We will definitely be back for our weekly get togethers.

Stopped in to buy a bag of beans for the office. I got the Valkyrie blonde roast, drinking a cup currently and it is phenomenal. The owner was roasting coffee in-store when I came in so the place smelled AMAZING. I also got a mini espresso bundt cake that was delicious. Will be going back all the time

The owners are amazing and have a fantastic staff! The atmosphere, food and coffee is great. I definitely recommend stopping in for a great coffee and treat.

The coffee is great, but customer service is not good.
Bought a new JURA machine and wanted fresh, locally roasted beans. Went into the new store and told them I needed medium roast, but everything was sealed in bags. At home made coffee and a cup was excellent, balanced but not dark enough for me. I exchanged emails with Alex and he recommended Bellatrix. I checked with JURA who said oily is OK on coarse grind. Made coffee with Bellatrix today and WOW! Perfect aroma and flavor, roasted only 4 days ago! What a find!
Great bakery and coffee roasted in house. Upstairs is a hidden jewel- the Tonic Parlor. This speakeasy style bar is definitely worth a visit. Crafted juices and mixers, mad-scientist drink specials, and the staff is excellent.
So yesterday while at the New Bern Farmers Market I came across this company. Had a great talk with the young lady and was very impressed by the company, their work, and how involved they are in the process of producing great coffee beans. Don’t just take my word for it, try them out! They have many flavors and styles, ground coffee or beans. I have to say, this has to be one of the best coffees I’ve ever drank! No exaggeration.
Great coffee! Love buying when they are at the Farmer's Market. Ordering otherwise is a bit challenging but well worth the effort!!
