Handcrafted espresso drinks, comfortable environment, definitely recommend, I'll be back Update 1: tried an Americano today and really enjoyed how smooth it was.
I’ve grown so fond of Defined of Mooresville. The staff are welcoming and I’m still trying to discover what magic they use when fixing my latte. It’s flavorful, smooth & creamy…just milk & espresso. Quality! They also offer a variety of pastries from a local bakery of which my weakness is muffins. I do wish they had more lounge-worthy seating though the current options aren’t uncomfortable. You can place an online order through Odeko (they have always had my order right and ready when I get there at the proposed time). 5/5 must try!

Delicious expresso drinks! Tried both the iced caramel and vanilla lattes, and both were smooth and tasty. Friendly customer service and inviting café space!
Love this place but honestly how do you open at noon some days? By then I’m wide awake and no longer need the coffee… delicious drinks, cool atmosphere too- so long as you’re willing to wait half the day for them to open

I went here about a year ago on vacation, but not a day has passed where I haven’t thought about the cranberry muffin I ate here. It was the best muffin I’ve eaten in my life. I also got a really delicious latte with a seasonal flavor that was unlike anything I’ve had before. Really nice service and atmosphere, give this place a try!

If you don't find Defined coffee exquisitely delicious, you don't know good coffee. If youv'e tried the rest.....run and try the best. Great friendly staff!
It is a very spacious dining area with welcoming decor. Staff were superb! The best cappuccino I had since Italy! Seriously, drinks are well made with quality beans. The pastries are top-notch in my books.
A great place to obtain a tasty cup of hot or cold coffee. The atmosphere is quite chill and relaxing.
I had a delicious fireside chai from their holiday menu (creamy, spicy, and not too sweet). My husband had a maple sunrise latte (which might have been wasted on him since he had a cold, but I thought it was delicious). We got muffins for the whole family. They were all enormous and delicious. We split them into 4ths so we could try different flavors. Peach was my favorite, but it was a tough decision. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was my first time there and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The location is very accessible. Main door right outside handicapped parking and a ramp cut out to the sidewalk. Lots of open space inside. I'm definitely bringing my sister (who has a power wheelchair) here next time. Think I found my new favorite coffee shop!

The downtown Mooresville area is home to several coffee shops, but Defined Coffee is a gorgeous place to chat with friends or get some work done. The staff is always friendly, and the drinks are delicious. Depending on the day and time, parking could be better, but overall, I highly recommend stopping by and checking out everything else in that area.
Well, the muffins are delicious, but the drinks are super expensive, and the chai was literally weak tea water with frothed milk on top. Me personally, a full bodied, well mixed and more nuanced chai is what I consider to be good, but to each their own I suppose. The interior is well decorated, soft modern music, and overall is a pleasant cafe, if you live off a trust and enjoy talking about veganism, Black Lives Matter, and how much you hate capitalism, while wearing a Northface jacket. 3 stars because the staff does genuinely want to be good at what they do, but they scowl if you ask for whole milk.
