Great coffee from a small local roaster.
Love, love, love!!! I will not go anywhere else for my beans! Affordable, delicious and the staff is awesome.
Update: Late April 2023...Ive been back a few times. I've had at least 4-5 coffees from here and picked up two more bags and a sampler of another flavor. Their coffee is Great...give it a try! I'm sure it'll be a hit! I haven't tried the coffee yet but sounds good. The lady here was nice and helped with suggestions and what is popular. Price is about what Good coffee goes for in 2023 so...ya know....wish it was less but. The store area is small but has some gear and many coffee flavors. I didn't check out the tea though I believe they have some. Note, not opened on Mon I tried to swing by last Mon. That's on me though. Stop in and pickup a coffee to try. I will try to update my review with the two coffees I bought, after I try em.
VERY DIFFICULT TO ORDER TWO KIND OF COFFEE BEANS! SPENT ONE HOUR TRYING TO ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER CHECKING OUT THE FIRST ONE! LIKE THE COFFEE VERY MUCH< BUT LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO LOOK SOMEWEAR ELSE!
Woweeee this is the best coffee I've ever tried, shop n save in Mooresville brews this brand daily and i fell in love with the "Kahlua & Creme" flavor. I've literally never had coffee soooo good! Bought a few bags of it yesterday from shop n save but didn't realize they were based right here in Mooresville! 🙂 Will be going straight to the source next time! Love to support local businesses! ❤️

Hands down, the BEST coffee! I started drinking their coffee when I lived in Mooresville. Now that I live in Texas, I still order their coffee. I've tried a lot of different high end coffees from all over, and although some are very close, Black Powder still beats them all! Highly highly recommend the Ethiopia Reserve and the Mexican Chiapas

WOW!!! I ordered my subscription on a Tuesday afternoon. My first shipment arrived Wednesday afternoon - the very next day. I ordered to take part in a promotion for Frying Pan Tower. I had no idea if it was going to be any good or not but wanted to support the Tower. This coffee is SO good! I totally get it now Richard. :-) Looking forward to having a cup on the Tower one day.

I started drinking Black Powder when I lived in the area. Now we live 3 hours away, so I have to have it delivered instead of visiting the shop. But the smell when the box arrives....like manna from heaven.
Locally brewed. Friendly staff and SO many flavors and options! If you are a coffee lover, FIND THIS STUFF, or if your local, go buy some at the shop!

Great single origin coffee!
We have been drinking their coffee for years. My first experience with Black Powder Coffee was their peanut butter coffee at rhino market in Charlotte. It is still a favorite, years later. We love that they are consistently putting out new and innovative styles of roasted coffee. I am particularly excited about their new prohibition reserve: single malt scotch infused coffee that’s coming out soon. We have been ordering directly from them for a while now instead of shopping in stores and they are always shipped in a timely manner and our orders arrive in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone who loves coffee.
