The donuts were great, but the service was terrible. Waited in line for 20 minutes when the lady finally came over to take my order I explained I ordered online and she said they were sitting on the rack in the corner. They had been there the whole time

Delicious donuts, but horribly slow service. We waited for 30 minutes for 3 donuts. There were no exceptionally big orders in front of us. The staff seemed completely lost as to how to do their jobs, and we don't plan on ever visiting this location again.

Delicious donuts that take a while to make, but definitely worth the wait.

The people that worked there were nice but they don’t offer anything for those with food allergies, specifically those with eggs or nut allergies.

We live locally and my fiancé is obsessed with Duck donuts, the staff is always friendly and Beth is an absolute Gem to your staff. Friendly, personable, and makes the best coffee for us!

The two female employees at the counter both had attitudes, one of them continue to shout out those stickers are not free, this happened at least three times while I was there, everyone of the parents had no idea kind of embarrassing to put people in a spot like that. I didn’t know what she was referring to until I saw another kid take a sheet of stickers and then she continue to yell out those are not free. Probably a good idea to put a price sticker on them or maybe that’s just part of the plan to get the parents to buy the sheet for $4. The employee making the donuts even though he was having issues with the machine not working plus being busy he was super friendly. Donuts were great as always. I just figured that feedback is important in order to get better.

OMG... The best place ever... Fresh n hot donuts made to order not really bring home donuts better to eat them there while they are fresh n hot.... They are pricey but VERY MUCH WORTH EVERY CENT.... We had to bring some home to Jacksonville Florida but they don't taste the same as great n hot... But don't get me wrong they were still worth the trip home.. Annetta ate her 3 n I ate 1 saving the other 2 for later... Mine were the sugar and cinnamon with the apple slices in the middle and the peanuts on top the one I always get always enjoy kind of skimped on the apples this time but still worth it.... Enjoy we did

The donut was good but watching orders get made was like watching paint dry. It’s as if you were TRYING to move slow. Except the cashier who was also the barista, kudos to them.

Not like I remembered (as far as the service). Back at the OBX after 15 years and had to get a Duck Donut! Was moderately busy but I was determined to check out a donut. Couple in front of me ordered Lattes, no donuts. So, the Lady taking the orders stopped taking orders and made the Lattes (while the two ladies making the donut orders waited for the next order). Two employees in the back room milled about doings what they do. Apparently no body else was authorized to take orders. After about 5 minutes, I got my donuts and left. Today I went back for another donut fix. This time, one other customer in the shop, an older gentleman running the donut fryer, and the same two ladies making the donut orders. Nobody at the register taking orders, and now three people milling around in the back, (two of which made eye contact with me). After about 3 or four minutes of not even being acknowledged, I left. Duck Donuts are good, but I don't need them that bad.

Duck donuts is a must have if your visiting the OBX. There’s a donut for everyone. We got a dozen of the “campfire” assortment and ordered online to beat the crowd. It was Monday morning which is bound to be busy, but luckily the online ordering tells you exactly how long it’s going to take. I also liked the online order rack where they put the orders when they’re ready, it makes pick up suuuuper easy. We went grocery shopping while we waited… SOOO WORTH “the wait!!”

Come here every year with my sister after sunrise. This year was SIGNIFICANTLY more busy than we have ever seen so we decided to just place an online order to come back and pick up later (2 hours later!!). Staff is friendly and everyone is hustling their butt off- so it’s definitely worth going but you have to be patient!

Delicious, hot and yummy. Busy as expected, but they keep it moving. Easier to not take your whole party inside. It's a tight fit.

Ok we just love these donuts and we always get some when we're on the Outer Banks. Made fresh and to order while you wait. Soooooooo delicious and this is second dozen we've purchased in the past 3 days! ❤

Placed online order an hour ago, went into pickup not ready because of system error. Then tells me we can have them ready in 30 minutes
