Awesome place to study, chat with a friend, or to just grab a coffee on the go. It tastes like coffee, not like sugar with some coffee! They also have very unique drinks!

Not bad compared to their competitor
The coffee is mediocre, not bad at all but absolutely does not justify the prices. The staff are okay, wouldn't say friendly but not rude at least. They try to get you to download an app because they refuse to take orders over the phone, but if you have to go in to order they take forever to get your order out, and still want you tip them for a to go sandwich. Its always a headache, I very rarely go there, and only if I have no other choice. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it's mostly clean and the staff aren't exactly rude like other places. They must be underpaid though, expecting tips for a to go sandwich. You're not even getting served and expected to tip.
This place does not except $100 bills because of the area, was inconvenient to have to go to a bank to break the hundred just to come back and have horrible service. Will not be back I even canceled a meeting that I was going to have at this location.
I love the atmosphere, coffee, & food. The service is always helpful.
This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable coffee shop to lounge or work. There is a lot of seating and a variety to suit your needs. We dropped by for a caffeine fix and left happily quenched. The paradise iced latte was interesting and delicious. I'm not an Ube fan, but the coffee, coconut, and Ube somehow just work. It was refreshing, light, and perfectly sweet. The barista, Gaosee, was pleasant and very informative about their specialty drinks. Great space to enjoy a cup of Joe, iced or hot.
Their vegan smoothies are amazing !!

Ube foam iced latte?! As Kite Man would say "hell yeah!" So many coffee/espresso/milk options and flavors.
Nice work environment but never will I ever want to wait over 45 minutes for a single cup of coffee. I walked out and never even got my drink. I wouldn’t wait this long for something free. They need a better setup or more staff. Should be able to get a drip coffee in ten minutes or less. Do not stop here unless you have the whole day to give up to this delay. Never again.
Just tried the Wilderness ice latte with soy! It’s very good! Very nice atmosphere to focus on your work 📚
Best coffee place I have seen in N.C. . Friendly crew, nice to sit and enjoy. Things to have an eye on: Each crew member should be able to make the same good coffee. Always have an eye on the correct milk temperature (see easy tips at YouTube) and add a spoon to the Cappuccino...but not plastics please ;-)

First time visiting this place. The setting and interior are immaculately peaceful, clean, and tranquil. The staff on duty was very polite and courteous. The prices were very reasonable. I had ordered a large mocha, which was mildly flavorful, although the strength of the beverage was satisfying. The only drawback I'd have to say is that the mocha turned out to be more froth than liquid. This experience did not dissuade me from ever returning, though next time, I will order something with more liquid than froth.
Coffee is good , but if you are gonna ask for tips on your machine better train your staff to bring your product to you . That’s ridiculous .
Google says they close at 9pm. The door says they close at 9pm. I arrive at 8:29pm. Door is locked. Employees just staring at me inside. Why advertise that you close at 9pm if you really close much earlier than that? Giant waste of time and gas. Won’t ever go back.
I love the atmosphere..it's so calming and everytime I have friends or family from out of town I have to share Waterbean!
