This is a wonderful hidden gem in Hickory. The coffee shop has good equipment, quality beans / milk alternatives, and a kind barista who takes pride in her work. Charming and inviting place that is highly recommended!

The owner is the sweetest human being ever. Not only is the atmosphere comforting, but the tea and honey bun cakes are spectacular!
I found Prism while looking up local coffee shops on for my visit to Hickory and it did not disappoint! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The space is welcoming and cozy and the coffee was delicious! Definitely will be back next time I’m in town.
Haven't tried the food yet, but the pastries always look delicious. Coffee is fantastic, the owner is really nice. I'd definitely recommend checking out this cafe.
Prism coffee is such a gem of a shop with delicious lattes and a friendly owner. There is art for sale from local artists and lots of seating to choose from. I will definitely be back!

Prism is my favorite coffee shop! It’s just the coziest, safest space. The drinks are always perfect and the owner Nestaseya is the loveliest person you’ll ever come across!
Always a wonderful experience! Owner is friendly and makes the best espresso in town. It’s clear that she puts time and love in every drink.
This little coffee shop is bursting at the seams with charm and personality! Good vibes and the alluring aroma of freshly brewed coffee greet you as soon as you open the door! The barista, Nastasia (apologies if that is spelled wrong) was so delightful to meet and blended the perfect holiday peppermint mocha! Mmmmmmmm! My 7-year-old daughter enjoyed a slice of moist banana nut bread which was one of two delicious pastries offered. If you are driving by this place, please stop in at least once and give Prism Coffee a try! You'll find it to be your new favorite coffee shop!
Cool atmosphere. Front lady was not very personable and coffee wasn't the greatest.

Nicest girl owns this shop - I even met her mother…seems like locals pop in. I was just passing through. She has a small shop and it’s just her but she chats as she works and latte was great. Plenty of seating if you wanted to hang out and she even had some light pastries…I was just grabbing coffee but they looked good.
Hickory REALLY needed a top notch coffee shop and PRISM does it all! When I walked into the shop, I was instantly in awe with the feel, look and energy. It’s so pretty and the coffee is even more so… and yummy :)) Nestaseya the owner is so kind and patient with my long request of special instructions on how I liked my drink… which was nice because Starbucks my usual goto is more in and out for the next customer in line. I had to write this review because this place is TRULY special, I can sit there all day and work… thank you for giving me my new favorite “spot”.!!!
