Loved the coffee and the waffle sandwich. The sweet waffles were fun but a few that I had were very undercooked / doughy, which I did not really enjoy. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

Ate here, also had a waffle sandwich. I had one of their seasonal drinks, the Sakura Matcha, made with almond milk (my preference). I’m normally not a matcha person, but this was just the right amount of sweet. Also decently strong but I’m also not a big caffeine drinker, so I’m sure it affected me more so than regular coffee and matcha drinkers. Lovely little place to grab breakfast and drinks!

First time here. Coffee was great (seasonal violets and blue mocha), and the three smash waffles I got were really good, loved the swirly sin the most! Quick and friendly service and good atmosphere.

People’s has quickly become our go to for breakfast and coffee/tea. All of the breakfast options we’ve tried have been great- love the waffle sandwiches, breakfast burrito, avocado toast, and the grab and go yogurt parfaits. Also love that they have fun rotating seasonal drinks. Currently loving the iced dragonfruit matcha I wish they would keep it on the menu permanently!!

I meet a client here at People's Coffee. The places are connected. I ordered a hot tea and vegan breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is top-notched, especially the sitting outside. I think this is a great meeting spot especially if the weather allows outdoor seating. They did have heat lamps outside and I thought that was impressive.

Cappuccino is not great, food and drinks are served in disposable cups and plates even when dining in, and breakfast is not all day contrary to their sign outside. Would like more vegan or non-dairy options. However the restaurant is beautiful and the waffles are delicious!

** UPDATE (changed from 1 star to 3): I reached out to the owner and he was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He offered I come back in and have a coffee on the house** I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like this one was needed. I came here on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too crowded. After 25 minutes of waiting for two iced lattes, I went to ask the barista if they had been made. The barista answered back "there's 15 orders infront of you" without even looking at me to speak to me. This didn't make sense as I kept seeing other people who had ordered after me get their drinks. I waited another 10 minutes and went back up to the counter to ask if the ticket had been lost. Another barista looked around on the counter and found one of my lattes and told me "the other latte is being worked on." As I was waiting, the first rude barista asked me "what are you still waiting here for?" I told him someone had told me to wait for my other latte and he pointed to one that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes and said "there it is." The latte ended up being hot instead of iced. I knew there was no point in asking for it to be corrected or it would have taken another 30 minutes. It could have just been the day I went on, but the customer service was terrible and the coffee wasn't all that great either. Other than that, the shop is cute and the parking is easy to access.

It's fine. The coffee is ok and the pastry selection is small. I ordered the smash waffles, one OG and two plain. It was aggressively sweet and very undercooked. Overall I'm not impressed.

I would not recommend this place my friend and I went in order coffee and food. But we never got our food we waited for about 30 min! Until I asked the guy at the front desk to find out they didn't even put my order in, I was hungry when I came in to that place and I got out haangry!

First time there, we just had a cold brew coffees and the coffee was not really good. It was very strong and very very bitter. We did not finish and we can't add anything to make it better. I do not know which kind of coffee they are using but be aware that the coffee is really bitter.

I go here quite often as it is one of the few non-chain coffee shops in the southpoint area. Staff are friendly and drinks are unique and tasty. The smashed waffles are also super yummy.
