Amazing little coffee shop with a wonderful mission! I got an iced French vanilla latte made with oatmilk. For basically the same price as a Starbucks coffee, you can get a much better drink! The staff was extremely polite and professional. I'd highly recommend visiting if you're in downtown Durham!
Wonderful location, great service, fantastic drinks. I had the blackberry tea and a nitro cold brew and they were both incredible. I had great chats with some of the folks working there and they're the sweetest people to speak with. Would recommend and would return.

Such a welcoming environment and the baristas are so kind. The cups are unique and have a cute design while being 100% compostable, and they have a lot of inspiring merch including stickers and magnets! Can’t recommend enough!
A friend and I had delicious lattes at 321 Coffee. The employees were cheerful and competent. We will definitely return for more delicious coffee and great service.

Visiting our daughter and son- in-law in Durham from PA. Saw the Durham 321 featured on the Today show when it opened and suggested that they try it. They gave it rave reviews so we tried it for ourselves- great coffee, excellent service. Highly recommend.

LOVE this place! First of all, the mission is close to my heart, the customer service is top tier, and the drinks are DELICIOUS! Best vanilla chai latte around! On my birthday last week, the barista added edible spray blue glitter to the top of my latte and it made my whole day! I couldn't recommend this local coffee shop more!!

Love absolutely everything about 321 Coffee. Went to this location with my co-worker last week to get some work done. The latte I got was delicious and the staff is incredible. Will definitely be back!

I love 321 Coffee! I always enjoy stopping in. I’ve tried a few things and all have been great, so far my favorites are the oat milk latte and the dirty chai latte. Cheers!
