Quick, friendly, and a solid cortado!
OMG! I have heard about this place from a good friend and tried it today for the first time. It was love at first sip!! I ordered the salted caramel latte and it was so delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

The service is great. Everyone working here always seem happy to attend every customer! And the coffee is just amazing (: Give it a try and you'll love the place for sure
I really like this place! It’s in a building that has other little restaurants in it, but I like getting coffee in here and walking over to the vintage furniture store next door. They also have a ton of outdoor seating available (bar and regular height tables). It’s nice to sit outside on a beautiful day! I got a seasonal drink called “Orange Blossom” flavored with orange and honey. It was awesome. Very cute and good coffee. I’ll be back :)
Great service, delicious cranberry muffin and good coffee, like really good coffee! Went in on a Monday morning it was dead, the staff stated their selection had been bought out and they had two muffins. I chose the cranberry muffin, it was delicious! The coffee was so good the large Americano. Pleasant service great product, I would go out of my way to find it.

I've had a regular latte and oat milk latte from Defined Coffee and both have been excellent! Friendly staff, quick service, and delicious coffee. Highly recommend!
Never had a latte until here, now I’m a latte guy. 🤷♂️ Service is sincere and educational, you’ll never encounter a barista here that doesn’t care.
Quality coffee and nice atmosphere. Discovered it while in the area shopping for granite. I do wish they stayed open later.

Scones were amazing… Coffee was great. The lattes were steamed perfectly! And they handled oat milk really well (not burned). The shop is right inside a newer food hall. Definitely recommend!
delightful, knowledgeable barista and one of the best pour overs I’ve ever had. the muda tatesa is a natural ethiopian that is fruity, jammy, punchy, bright without losing balance. clean finish and delightful from beginning to end. the space is beautiful and inviting, i enjoyed my cup on the patio with a book. i live in CLT but i’ll be back to concord for this!

Finally, a quality coffee shop and roaster in Concord. Defined roasts fantastic coffee and their stall in Gibson Market is a great anchor for the new food hall. Pricing is on par with chain mass-produced coffee. I had their Kenyan (high premium beans) roast on drip and liked it very much. They did not have their cold brew set up yet, but it is opening day. I look forward to seeing this location and the market thrive.
