The food is great. Didn't taste any coffee in my cappuccino...
Expected more of a variety when it came to the sandwiches, as shown on website
Okay so I wanted to hate this place so bad because the service was absolutely horrible butttttt the coffee that I got was amazing better than Starbucks pretty shocking 😅 do not buy the banana nut bread in less you like a ridiculous amount of nuts there's more nuts than bread.
Went here on a morning that I was feeling lazy and didn't want to make breakfast. The coffee was tasty quick service and my sandwich was tasty as well

Quite disappointing as it’s not Sizzlewich but Waterbean Coffee. I’ve already been to Waterbean & wanted to try a new place, only to get here & have it not be that. Lol. | I will say the sandwich was really good, but I didn’t care for the iced coffee. I had a better experience at another Waterbean location.
Decent coffee but the barista was rude and uninterested. No greeting, barely spoke, and when I asked for a recommendation since I had never been all he said was “I drink black coffee”. That’s it. No recommendations, not even for black coffee. Disappointing to say the least since I’ve always heard good things. Won’t be back.

Great coffee! I recommend their seasonal drinks. I ordered the coconut English toffee latte and it was the perfect way to start my day.
I have been going to the same location for almost a year now. I went there today to get my same order and she told me the price. I asked her say that again. She tells me they went up on the price. I tell her you went from $5.60 to $8.63 for 1 drink!!!! I asked her why didn't they change the price on the board and she stands there looking lost. Well I won't be going back. Very upset 😡. I was trying to order a Frozen caramel latte with a shot of expresso.
It's great depending on who's working that day. But overall it's consistent with there stock and quality. Drinks are a bit pricey.
Great place for a quick bite. When one person is working you'll wait a minute. But even then. Great food and great service.
I can’t believe this place has 4.5 stars! Over priced and most definitely not worth a second try. Waited over an hour for a Vietnamese coffee and a croissant. The coffee was horribly wrong. It’s supposed to be sweetened with condensed milk. It had maybe 1/2 a tea spoon worth. The croissant was burned dry and just over done. Not worth the wait!

takes entirely too long for 1 caramel iced coffee with extra caramel . its never made correctly, what's so hard about my simple caramel iced coffee, and today when I went back in and asked for more caramel in my iced coffee, the barista put something else in it instead of caramel and it tasted awful! total waste of $7 I will never return
Staff was friendly and the drink was pretty good. A little pricey, but beats the pants off Starbucks. Can't wait to go back!
Great coffee and great ambience. I would suggest trying their seasonal beverages. It's a peaceful place to sit and work. You get some pastries and quite bite options here. We tried their macaroons. While the taste was great, the texture was chewy rather than airy.

I went to this Waterbean on Monday September 26 around 10:45 am and there was a guy working. I asked for extra oat milk in my coffee and even paid for it, as my cup of coffee was $10.00 for a vanilla latte. I received my drink and it didn’t the extra oat milk, so I asked for a little more. His response was “oh well milk prices are really high right now.” I was very confused as I’ve never received that response from any restaurant/coffee shop. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do not go in here if he’s working.
