We wanted to try out a black owned coffee house and hope to find a few single or unhappy rich black men all up and through but they were closed .will be coming back on Sunday after church gotta pray for the man first u know
The owner made me a couple drinks and they were delicious! I got a chai and a lemonade and they were so good! I’m being entering is good so I will definitely be trying more
Nice spot tucked away near downtown. Great vibe and conversation with the owner. As others mentioned, blueberry cinnamon latte is 🔥.
Evoke has great coffee, vibes, and customer service. You can tell the owner is passionate about coffee and quality. The syrup is made in house. My favorite drink is the iced southern gentleman (pictured below), but the seasonal flavors - hot marshmallow latte and salted maple latte was also amazing. I recommend

Such an amazing place to go and vibe with lovely people. There's always great people to meet. The owner is extremely kind and the customer service is like no other. I only drink coffee here, I swear !!!

What can I say but besides I'm a fan ! I'm not even an avid coffee drinker but I will find me myself here more often for sure . A friend and myself stopped in today to indulge and explore the coffee/latte menu . We both ordered the blueberry cinnamon and it was love at first sip. Not only did we have cute glass cups but they came with cute glass straws as well so perfect for a photo op. The owner Joe was so friendly that we stayed over a hour just sitting in chatting with him . One other thing that stands out about this coffee shop is when you come in he hands you a stack of affirmation cards and you pull one and read yours for the day I thought that was a nice touch to our experience here. He let us sample a new flavor called cinnamon peach and oh my gosh be gosh we were at a lost for words we ended up ordering another cup of coffee to go . Talk about blowing money fast but in a coffee shop . Joe has a customer for life .
Swinging thru Evoke is always such a positive experience. Tasty iced cortado and always a great conversation with Joe. Must visit!

Definitely giving a five stars and if I could give 10 out of 10 and then I definitely would. He is super personable and has great customer service. The mocha latte was one of the best I’ve ever had.
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have worked with Evoke once before. My interaction with the owner was okay at best, a little unprofessional and not very great with communication, but it’s a newer business, so I let it slide and figured he would eventually learn. The residents at the community I am a leasing consultant at loved the service, so I scheduled to have Evoke come back. We scheduled and confirmed a day and time to have Evoke back about a month in advance. I paid him in advance for his services and he DID NOT show up for the scheduled event and IGNORED my multiple calls and emails. So essentially, he stole money from us. But don’t worry, he had time to update the Instagram page. If you are an apartment community looking to book Evoke for your next resident event, save your money for the event budget and book with someone who knows how to conduct business. Maybe they’ll have better coffee, too.
I purchased the Latte with Blueberry flavor and it was great. Can't wait to go back.
Evoke Coffee Company is a wonderful place to enjoy a great cup of coffee while listening to a great playlist. I wish the owner much success on his business.

That blueberry latte with oat milk was the greatest latte I’ve ever had in my life. It didn’t make me feel full, it packed just the amount of energy I needed to start my day and it tasted amazing!
