The Strawberry Macha Latte is divine.
No where to sit and do work
Got the best coffee of my life from a girl named Anna. She was super sweet and made me coffee just the way I like it! Happy!
Amazing coffee! And house made syrups??? Say less. 👏🏻👏🏻 Staff works hard and always provides great service. 10/10 would recommend!
Great cold brew coffee to get the day going, better than all the other places we tried
Horrible Service! 4/24 around noon today. Super saddened by the negative downright rude employee that took our order. I watched other customers come in and be treated the same way. I wont be supporting a business that treats its customers this way. I actually asked other customers in store if they felt the same way I did, and the answer was yes! Sad!
Horrible attitude by the barista who took my order, do yourself a favor and go to their location on 7th street market, they are so friendly over there. Not sure why this location has such horrible customer service. Coffee was great. Won’t be back
Perfect cold brew for sunny Saturday 🙂
Great coffee ! Espresso was so good!
This one was a miss for me. While the business totes a pride flag in the window which sounds great /accepting, they unfortunately fall short in accessibility. Not only do they not have wheelchair access from the street, but they also do not accept cash payments at all. This leaves their business not easily accessible to people with disabilities and completely inaccessible to young people without cards, a lot of homeless community members & lower income individuals. Of course there is a wheelchair accessible entrance due to ADA laws but you have to enter the building NJC is attached to through heavy double doors with no power open option and take an extremely inconvenient route that is not an option for people with different abilities without some help. I left 2 stars simply because the coffee was good, but customer service and the not so welcoming atmosphere will have me unlikely to return.
Visiting for the weekend and needed to find somewhere to get some work done so I popped in, hoping there'd be a free table, and there was. I'm not really a coffee drinker, but the iced mocha and hot chocolate are both really good. Really great vibe and staff--I'm glad I stopped here.
Customer service was terrible, cashier wasn’t helpful and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Gave me attitude and ruined my experience. Coffee wasn’t made the way I asked. If there’s going to be horrible service I’d at least expect the coffee to be good. Wouldn’t recommend, I’d say walk an extra minute to Waterbean coffee down the street.
Nice place. Good coffee but I wouldn't eat here again. Had a toast with jam and an avocado toast. The avocado came with onions, which wasn't said on the menu, and both toasts we're burned. The vibe is nice and the staff are friendly.
Small coffee with open space in the city center. I was there on a Sunday, and ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and avocado toast/ bread. Me as a German I have some assumptions about bread in the us, but this "toast" was amazing - it even looked as it was a sourdough. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even asked if I liked the dry tomatoes (no) and pickled onion (do me a favour, and do this!) on the toast. One star less, because I wish for more diverse range of breakfast options.
The best of all NJC locations! They have the best specialty menu drinks & the staff are all delightful humans
Nice staff. Tasty seasonal latte.
Really fantastic coffee, even the decaf. Milk was well steamed and the fall spice latte was complex and not too sweet (I got it half sweet). I’ll def be back!! Very cute spot.
‘’We filter coffee, not people’’ quote as good as their coffee!
Amazing little coffee place in Downtown Charlotte, super friendly staff and the coffee and avocado toast were delish!
Hands down the best baristas around but the owner needs to get the dish washer fixed ASAP. You have plenty of money to buy a new one.
