This place is absolute trash! The employees are so rude and think we owe them something. The African American girl who works there should just quit, please quit! For the sake of society! You are just making people coffee…how miserable could your job be?!?!? The owner really needs to hire CLASSY people!

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I go here daily and now have decided to re-think my morning strategy. The staff is so terrible in this location. Most could care less if they help you and have no sense of time or speed. If I were Nordstroms, I would fire everyone there and start over with people who want to work and who enjoy working. Today is Thursday, March 21 @ 12:44 p.m., and guess what? The Ebar is closed. I'm assuming the workers didn't show up. Ugh!!!!
Just plain rude. Good way to ruin a decent coffee. Won’t EVER go back.
I regret getting a coffee here. Barista was super rude, had an Airpod in her ear and didn't make any eye contact, just got the vibe that she wanted me gone. And the espresso tasted terrible. Next time I'm nearby I'd rather go out of my way to Waterbean.
The hours need to be updated. It’s 8:00 & they are closed
Hours are incorrect. It says it’s open until 8pm on google and they usually close around 5pm.
Very slow service. You can expect to wait 20 min with just one person ahead of you. It's also too expensive.

Horrible service, a lot of people were served before me, and when I asked for a refund, she did not apologize and denied it. I can literally show transactions of my order and when I was refunded, I stood there for 20 minutes for nothing. It’s always classless workers who don’t have simple courtesy to apologize or solve anything. Worst part is they didn’t even know how to make my order.

I come to this place to buy cookies all the time yesterday I bought two snickerdoodle cookies asked to warm them up just to be served hard burnt cookies I should have been giving my money back or a new batch
Average coffee, stale pastry, very good service. Feels uncomfortable reviewing this experience as average (or actually below average when all things are considered) when the three person crew was doing a darn good job. Cleanliness looked like it had improved also. But…when the products you’re buying aren’t anything special, and frankly not very good, you can’t rate an operation a “4” or a “5”. Good job by the team with what they had to work with.
I order the Salmon entree with couscous. The couscous was cold no flavor at all. Pay 25 dollars for this. Awful!
I’ve been there today and took line at 6-40 p.m. and after 5-7 min I wanted to order a hot drink from espresso machine. The women with GREEN HAIR told me that they can’t do that because they washed the machine and will be closed soon. A question is: why do you work until 7 p.m. and can’t do your main work?
Fire the blue haired girl! The managers was awful as well! Had me waiting in line for twenty mins to tell me to get out the store because the capacity was two people! I have no problem leaving but the fact they were rude about it and gave attitude never again.
Shoot for a specialty drink and not their $5 watery iced coffee served with repugnant attitude.
