The vibes inside are so cute! Staff is super friendly and kind, and the price compared to other coffee shops is unbeatable!! Love it here and will definitely come back. They have gluten free options too!!

Stopped by on the recommendation from our daughter, who is a regular @ this friendly & comfortable establishment. Did an order of ice cold tea's to go! Reasonable prices with tasty beverages.

There are several places in Charlotte with great coffee and a great atmosphere. Of all of them, Mugs is my favorite.

Just needed some coffee and found this hidden gem! The smell of freshly ground coffee hits you as you walk in to find a place that is cozy with a relaxed vibe, friendly and professional barista, great coffee, and I also had a great chocolate chip cookie. Probably the best coffee I had in the greater Charlotte area!

Good service, coffee was great, prices a little high, there is room to sit, they have super comfy furniture as well as table and chairs for people who need to do work on laptops, very unique coffee shop, a must place to try. If you don't know what you want to drink baristas will have you! There are a lot of choices! Pastries looked super yummy!

One of my favorite coffee shops. It’s nothing pretentious and the interior is cozy. It’s nothing fancy but it always tastes great. The staff are so nice and welcoming.

The location is great and the people are very nice but more often than not I don’t get my food the way I order it. It seems like after you order they have to go make it from memory which results in me getting sausage when I asked for bacon, a croissant when I asked for a bagel, cheese when I asked for no cheese etc. happened to me 3 out of the last 5 times

Great coffee shop. They always make tasty drinks and the atmosphere is relaxed and familiar. The baristas are always kind and welcoming. Shout out to the young man tidying up the cafe before close. Every times I looked up he was taking care of side work tasks. It's refreshing to see diligent workers.

Mugs Is such a wonderful place to hang. This has been a social outlet for me. I have met and have become friends with many. Oliver Wu the owner has done an amazing job with this establishment. He hires such friendly people who are quite engaging when time permits. Truly one of the best establishments I have been to. I love their lattes and muffins .

My husband and I are moving out of the area and one thing we will miss the most is Mugs. My husband and I visit at least once a week and they provide coffee for our church as well. The coffee is priced fairly, but definitely less than surrounding competitors. I routinely drink their house blend or an oat milk cappuccino. The house blend is balanced and lovely to drink as is. The oat milk cappuccinos are always divine and super frothy. We wish we could take Mugs with us, but I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the Southpark area.

Delicious coffee and their banana bread was also yummy! Will definitely be back again soon

I love Mugs with my whole heart! My boyfriend and I live in the area, and we are at Mugs at least once a week. He often works remotely in the space and he looks forward to being able to do so. The staff is always kind and accommodating! I dream about the coffee I get there. My boyfriend slams the Nitro Cold Brew. This place will always have my loyalty. Best coffee shop in Charlotte. Great product, great atmosphere, zero pretention. I wish I could live here LOL!

I've had a few different coffees and two different teas and everything was very good. The apple cinnamon muffin was surprisingly good! It also had a good vibe; when I had to work from home but not at my actual home, I worked from Mugs and it was pretty ideal.

Cozy atmosphere. Coffee was good. You got the coffee and you can sit down anywhere you like.

Tried twice - will not be back. Went in this morning and was "helped" by a kid behind the counter that was more interested in whoever he was texting than to provide much service. Ordered the Nitro Cold Brew - absolutely terrible. It was flat with little taste - I saw him check the tank before serving which was a first clue. I asked him about it not having the nitro foam you would normally get and he said that's the way they serve it. Took it to go and ended up throwing about half the drink away. We try to frequent non commercial chains, although today's visit at Mugs was a mistake that I won't make again.
