Nice menu. Clean store.
Store was so dark I thought it was closed and only try door out of habit. Ask for a Bagel THIN and not only wasn't it thin but a hot mess and it certainly wasn't busy (2 Costumers, guess I wasn't the only one thinking it was closed)
An hour into opening, there was a line at the drive thru. Music blasting from the inside with someone dancing. Nobody took anyone's order. The worker looked at my car through the window when driving off and just shrugged. Very unprofessional.
Waited by the door until 5:40 and the 2 employees inside wouldn't open the door. The schedule on the door clearly says opens at 5:30. Waisted my time to get here and 10 mins outside. It was 8 of us. There goes $100.

The Everything bagel was great but they will slather a lot of butter on it. The coffee was ok and fresh......UPDATE 5/2/23...I tried the All Nighter sandwich and I loved it....The dark roast coffee was fresh and hot...
Way too expensive, and the old lady at the counter is sweet, but she is painstakingly super slow to work with.

Ordered the bagel lox box. Everything was good per my husband. Wish I could have chosen a different muffin flavor. My egg sandwich was okay.

OMG, soooo good!! Had the Farmhouse breakfast bagel and a large delicious coffee. That bagel was so soft and tender. The ingredients fresh and well cooked. Every employee had a smile on their face and were all so sweet and accomodating. I've had Einstein's bagels many times during corporate meetings and events, but in person was just an incredible experience. Can't wait to go back!
I have always enjoyed Einstein’s!! I usually go inside but today hit the drive through. I ordered a brisket and egg and a vanilla cold brew. Service was polite and fast. I drove twenty more minutes before eating the breakfast sandwich. Let me tell you for a bagel location this was some of the most tender brisket I have eaten and better than some places that specialize in BBQ. I highly recommend the egg brisket bagel. I had it in an Asiago bagel, but you do you. Delicious!!! Next time I’ll take some photos. The cold brew was equally delicious.
I got the avocado and egg bagel sandwich which was very bland and the chai tea. I asked the cashier what type of sweetener is included and he told me it was already sweet. No...it isn't. All I could taste was almond milk and barely tasted the tea. He also told me the egg was cooked hard and it wasn't. It was rather soft and I don't like my eggs that way. I had to go home and add ingredients to my sandwich to add flavor and honey to drink my warm chai almond milk. I gave it two stars because the everything bagel tasted like an everything bagel but wasn't exceptional. That was was my first and last visit there.

We love bagels and we love Einstein Bagel Bros so we stopped over before our stay at the Ballantyne Hotel across the road. Margarita took our order and boy was she pleasant and accurate! Inside seating area is delightful and well taken care of. The food was exactly how we ordered it and would highly recommend this bagel adventure to anyone out looking for some yum yums. Oh. By the way! I used to work a Breuggers bagels!
The worst business done today, first they make us in queue for more than ONE HOUR and after that handed over the wrong order TWO times So to make them understand the wrong ness in the order, when I had to walk in , they express NO Apologies at all but very arrogantly said it’s a mistake Putting KIDS on heavy duty job, this is what happens
Always good constant food and service. Fill they should move to a better location either Waverly or on johnston.
