I love CupLux! I’m not usually in the area, but whenever I am, I have to stop by. It’s easy to drive thru and order some delicious coffee. They offer different special lattes and drinks that change seasonally. I had The Crazy Ex today which was a caramel and cayenne latte - yummy! Everything I have had is wonderful, so I couldn’t recommend this place more (especially if you like lattes, flavored coffee drinks, and good food/drinks to-go).
I literally come here everyday to get my white chocolate mocha and butter croissant. The Baristas are wonderful and the service impeccable. And of course my Latte is delicious! I love this place!!!
Great drive-thru place to get coffee on the go!! I had a White chocolate mocha and blueberry muffin. Both were delicious! I also liked their iced vanilla latte. Baristas were friendly and provided good service. I should mention that it was a bit pricey than other places.
I wish I could give this place more stars, this is honestly the best coffee around! Worth every last penny! Not to mention their baked goods… DELICIOUS!

I love CupLux! The coffee is so yummy and the baristas are always extremely friendly and also nice to my pup when we go :-) Wish they had more locations! Definitely recommended stopping by!

The cold brew coffee is very solid. The service at this particular location is top notch from my visit.

Requested for sugars in my coffee and realized it after the woman walked out of the room while I was at the drive-thru. Banged on the tree that hangs out of the window several times and got no response.
I have been trying to find a good coffee place in Charlotte for a while now and haven't succeeded yet... I had high hopes for this place, but it's just a decent cup of coffee, not more unfortunately. However, the staff is polite and nice and being the drive through is very convenient when you are on the go.

Should really consider a covered area for customers ordering. I tend to go to the drive thru when it’s raining, but bc it isn’t covered I usually end up drenched as I try to yell over the rain into the speaker. The baristas aren’t super considerate and often give me the wrong drink. Ex: why does my lavender latte have cinnamon on top? I certainly didn’t ask for that.
I was sick of fighting traffic to get to a SB just to wait in line for 45 minutes sooooo I tried this CupLux this morning…I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! The breakfast sandwich hot and yummy and the Iced Caramel Latte is delicious. Thanks!!
Best iced caramel latte I’ve ever had! The sausage, egg, and pepper jack is also incredible. 🤤
quick, friendly, and delicious! highly recommend the seasonal maple latte they have right now & the honey and oates latte! plus you can never go wrong with a breakfast bagel!
The coffee is good, however, they should consider removing the smoothies from the menu if they are never “available”. I really liked the peanut butter protein smoothie the one time I got it. However the three other times I tried to order it, the barista says “sorry…smoothies aren’t available today”. Pretty frustrating when I go out of my way to come here during the week I did a chain coffee/smoothie shop.
Me and my sister went for the first time. She got the eggnog latte and said it was better than Starbucks eggnog latte! I got the peppermint mocha and it was delicious as well! The menu is limited but coffee is delicious and if we lived a little closer we would definitely be back.
